Hotel Traveltine

So the location of the hotel is great, a ten min bus ride to the Merlion and a short walk to the MRT. The room was small, but comfortable. The pool was amazing and it’s open from 7.30am till 10.30pm, with some amazing views from here. Room is advertised as a city view, this is a bit misleading since there’s a massive building blocking any view from the room to the city. The hotel facilities were great but unfortunately my partner she got sick during part of the holiday so we put the do not disturb light on for the room for several days, every time I left the room the cleaners kept asking when they can clean the room and I kept saying no my partner is sick, then we get a phone call in the room from housekeeping asking when they can clean the room, like just leave us alone! This went on for a few days, they just couldn’t accept that we just wanted to stay in the room undisturbed. If it wasn’t for this crazy behaviour we would give the hotel a five star review. Why have a do not disturb button if you choose to ignore it?

Wonderful Stay – Exceptional Front Desk Team! We stayed at Hotel Traveltine from 6th to 13th June and had a truly pleasant experience. A special thanks to the front desk team – Mr. Arjun, Ms. Anu, and Ms. Priya – for their warm welcome and outstanding support throughout our stay. They were always professional, courteous, and incredibly helpful, making our check-ins, requests, and daily interactions smooth and pleasant. Their friendly attitude and prompt service truly reflect the hotel's high standards. Highly recommend Hotel Traveltine for a comfortable and guest-focused stay!

Singapore is one of the most expensive city in the world, but this hotel if you comprise with price and quality, it is definitely worth the stay. Breakfast is quite good and the pool in the terrace has good view of the city . Beside That there is a bus station if you are coming from the Malaysia.

The first impression- not a warm welcome from the reception staff, she was almost dismissive in her interaction with us. First impression of the room, carpets were stained and felt like they could do with a clean. Our curtains had stains of either food or something else and were very evident to the eye on entry. I did approach the morning staff the next day and the male reception staff was very understanding and helpful he had the curtains changed and the room felt 100% cleaner when we returned. The pool on roof is a welcome relief at the end of the day, is clean and safe. It would have been good if there was more shade though. The laundry facilities were in a great spot near the pool which made doing laundry easy while you swim. The buffet breakfast was good a little something for everyone. Although I did want to grab a coffee early, before my family were ready for breakfast and was told that I have breakfast now or later. I just wanted a coffee so chose the ‘later’ option. They do provide coffee options in room but the coffee downstairs is fresh ground beans and real milk. They do provide ample drinking water, which was very handy. They placed fresh bottles in the room and had no issues giving you water if you asked at reception.

I had an amazing stay at the Traveltine Hotel. The lobby is very aesthetic and stylish! Location: It’s very strategic, close to the bus stop and Nicoll Highway MRT Station. It’s also near Masjid Sultan. Hotel: I really loved the spacious room, the comfortable and clean bed. The amenities were complete. The rooftop swimming pool was also amazing. The breakfast was quite varied, and I even had Indonesian lontong. Staff: All the staff were friendly and kind. I will definitely return to this hotel and recommend it to my friends who will be visiting Singapore
