Hotel Neptune

Solo puedo decir cosas buenas de este hotel, pero voy a resumir lo + destacado: - personal amable y muy muy servicial - habitación enorme (parece un mini piso) , con nevera, mosquiteras en ventanas (aunque no en la cama) , aire acondicionado efectivo (algo ruidoso) , espacio de almacenaje, cama enorme , amenities , etc. La habitación era de muebles clasicos y con gotelé en paredes y algo oscura (no esperéis algo super moderno) pero a mi me gusto asi mas estilo africano y lo importante es que la limpieza era muy buena! Todos los dias dejaban todo perfecto y echaban insecticida despues de airear y no vimos un solo mosquito nunca! - Piscina muy limpia y de tamaño genial con zonas de tumbonas muy comodas y con sombra - la comida riquisima , tanto de carta como desayuno estaba muy bien todo . Te puedes fiar de todo lo que te sirven (desde comida hasta el hielo de las bebidas) saben cuidar a los turistas - las instalaciones muy cucas como en cabañitas y cuidadas. Me parece una opcion mas “local” y personal que hoteles cadena como el riu . De hecho habia bastante gente local alojada algo que a mi me gusto - solo caminando un pequeño caminito se llega a la playa de saly donde hay tumbonas del propio hotel y un pequeño bar del hotel. La playa es espectacular. Esta limpia, arena fina, es grande y sobre todo nos gusto que va mucha gente local por lo que puedes vivir el ambiente de su gente (super encantadora) y disfrutar aun mas de tu estancia en senegal. La playa de saly y su vida sobre todo a la tarde noche es de las cosas que mas nos gustaron del viaje. - ambiente nocturno para las cenas con musica en directo nos encanto! Volveriamos sin dudarlo a este hotel! Hizo de nuestro viaje algo inolvidable ❤️ No cambiaria la calidez que me dio, la experiencia mas local y la playa publica de saly al lado por un complejo como el riu por muy guay que este. Pero cada persona alla con sus gustos 😃

Vriendelijk, groot zwembad (25m bad) ,lekkere keuken met alle avonden live muziek. Gezien het klimaat en de regio, aan te raden. Lekkere keuken, bediening op tafel ,ontbijt met terplaatse klaargemaakte eieren. Franse wijnen en cocktailbar

Very nice gardens. A short 2 min walk to the beach. Room, nice enough. Comfy bed, enough storage, air con good. Shower was good even though most of the water came out of the side of the shower head. We did miss having a balcony, but opening the windows we saw and heard lots of birds, very nice. Food, breakfast was cereals, pastries, fruit, with bacon and sausages most says. Also egg station for crepes or omelettes. We spotted the 2 slot toaster after 3 days there. Also coffee tea or juice to drink. All very clean and set overlooking the pool. Evening meal was waiter service which we preferred to buffet. It took a while translate from French but we managed. Lovely food made by a chef. Pool was large, with easy access by stone steps and pleasant temperature. Mostly free beds, but at times it was busy. The Beach was large, clean, lots of sunbeds. Very sandy. Sea very cold and not too clear due to sand churned up. We loved watching the world go by. One local took his goat in for a swim and a play! The main language there is French, we got by but most guests were French. They always greeted us and smiled. Evenings, a few older French couples danced, most music was French, a few English songs done as well,a Senegal trad dance show was great fun. A few of us joined in. We didn’t do out far as didn’t look to welcoming outside. Got a taxi to a large supermarket for some basic supplies and change some money. Took us a while to grasp the local money, the poor bar staff at hotel Were very patient and kind! We did go to the royam bar and beach bar some nights. The safari was highlight of our week. Booked through tui. Saw so many animals with no fences around. The transport that took around was large and allowed us to see really well. Met some fellow brits at hotel and they were all lovely. Overall a great, memorable holiday, we won’t revisit but so glad we did it.

nous avons passé des vacances de rêve......personnels aux petits soins ...piscine magnifique....logement atypique......nous sommes peu nombreux.......repas délicieux est variés......animation au top merci a jacques et a hasssan.....j'espère que le personnel portera les maillots de mon village écourt saint quentin dans chnord.......mer a proximité mais rien de grave ......merci pour tout........vivement 2026....pour les vacanciers insatisfaits je ne comprend pas ......mention spéciale pour le personnel de cuisine ,ma femme fut malade une journée,repas apporté en chambre pour elle et j'ai pu choisir...petit bémol nous avons 53 ans et nous étions les plus jeunes pendant un moment mais nous voulions nous reposer...pour les djneus!!!!!!!les excursions bandia a faire la somone petit conseil a marais basse sinon moins d'oiseaux...le marché aux poissons a pied par la plage avec jacques qui se fera un plaisir de vous accompagner retour en taxi pour 2000 fcfa.......les senegalais super sympas......n'hesiter pas a acheter des gateaux pour faire plaisir aux enfants

Just returned from a great two weeks at this small friendly hotel. The grounds were immaculately maintained a massive well done to the gardeners. Our room was a superior one so had tea and coffee making facilities a fridge and a small seating area. The rooms were spotless and towels changed regularly. We were half board, breakfast was really good with a wide choice including fresh fruit, pastries and omelettes cooked to order. I am a veggie so unfortunately very little choice available on the set menu at dinner but staff were really helpful (esp Alfonso) and went out of their way to make sure I didn’t go hungry. Great selection of puddings. The hotel is not on the beach but you are very very near. We didn’t get hassled at all on the short walk there or on the beach. Local people did say hello but never felt hassled in any way. Swimming pool area well maintained with lots of sunbeds. There was entertainment ever night which was pleasant and prompted lots of guests to dance. Would definitely recommend for a quiet relaxing holiday in really pleasant surroundings
