Absolutely fantastic stay. Impeccable service, elegant and spotless environment, and a truly special Nikkei restaurant with incredible flavors. Gorgeous views of Funchal and the ocean. Beds were very comfortable with a great pillow selection. The hotel’s recommendation for nearby restaurants was lovely. Conveniently located with restaurants, shops, and grocery store within close proximity. Having their GEPA service (personal assistant) made our stay so much more enjoyable and easygoing. Highly recommended for a luxurious and memorable experience in Madeira!

Our stay at The Reserve was made truly special by the staff and their attention to detail. This is a beautiful hotel, in perfect location. Breakfast each morning was amazing, shoutout to Juan who had our preferences memorized in no time. Everyone was so friendly making this experience very special.
