The Reserve

This was really a great experience. The Reserve is located in the large Savoy Palace. The 45 rooms all are premium and the amenities at the 16th and 17th floor are exclusive. A week before the start of the vacation we were approached by Mariana, our personal assistent, to setup a WhatsApp channel (for me and my wife) and asked what she could do for us. During the whole stay she arranged everything we wanted and always within minutes after requesting it. The breakfast was really fantastic - a large buffet combined with an extensive card for additional options, all served without any need for signing or whatsoever. And the whole staff, in the restaurants, the pool for Reserve guests, and also cleaning ladies and other staff all have the same positive and service oriented attitude. My wife and me have been in great hotels around the world, but I can say that the Reserve is the best we have experienced until now.

Accommodations were top notch, one of the best hotel gyms, I’ve experienced. Spa and rest of the facilities were first class. Concierge and service were some of the best I’ve ever experienced. Jessica took care of every request that we had and made our anniversary incredibly special.

First-rate service and staff. Beautiful, modern property and amenities, particularly the spa which is excellent. Concierge service at The Reserve was superb. We tried several (not all) of the onsite restaurants and had good experiences. Highly recommend this hotel.

We had just the most amazing time. The service here was unreal. I've stayed at luxury resorts around the world and the Reserva at Savoy Palace made me feel special my entire vacation. It was wonderful. We really enjoyed the a la carte breakfasts, and the exclusive rooftop Infinity pool patio. I highly recommend staying here.

Every person was welcoming and friendly with an exceptional attention for detail, including knowing your name. The site itself is beautiful and includes rooms designed with a casual elegance and your comfort in mind. I felt at home while being pampered.
