Sensi Azores, Nature and Spa

Ostatniej nocy na Azorach postanowiliśmy zafundować sobie przyjemność i znaleźć elegancką restaurację. Przeszukaliśmy Sao Miguel i znaleźliśmy Sensi. Przyjechaliśmy bez rezerwacji, ale okazało się, że właściciele byli bardzo gościnni i przyjaźni, zapewniając nam napoje i doskonałą rozmowę przed zakwaterowaniem na kolację. Deska serów była naprawdę spektakularna. Wszystko zostało dostarczone zgodnie z najwyższym standardem, a obsługa była bez zarzutu. Trzeba odwiedzić. Możemy sobie tylko wyobrazić, że zakwaterowanie jest równie wspaniałe. Tereny i widoki na ocean z restauracji zapierały dech w piersiach.

We did not stay at this hotel but during our trip to Azores Island we came here twice: first for a drink in the afternoon and the second, for a massage at the spa to be followed by a dinner. When we first visited for a drink, we loved the atmosphere: looking into the vast ocean, with a soothing decoration and attentive service, this place looked like a great option for a retreat. Therefore, on the last day of our Azores trip which was pretty tiring with a lot of walking, we came again to have a rest. The massage was not exactly what we were hoping for but nevertheless we liked it. This hotel is rather for relaxation than an accomodation center for a sight seeing trip.

Just returned from a short but perfect week on São Miguel. We stayed in 3 different hotels with the lovely Sensi Azores smack in the middle, and it was perfect in every way. The hotel is small, boutique, family owned (not part of a chain as somebody told me) and as the name suggests, very sensitive -- to the surrounding majestic nature, the historic buildings, and the needs of guests. Food is top notch, service is warm and generous, the decor of the interiors makes you feel like you are a guest in the home of your most artsy friend, not a hotel. It was so peaceful! For me, I could not get enough of the indoor warm pool followed by cold plunges in the outdoor pool. I cannot say enough for the place and all the staff - at the desk Joana and Joao greet you and take care of all your needs, Natasha and Bianca in the dining room make sure you are well fed, and the owners' dogs deserve a shout out, too, for making it feel like home. It was a perfect stay, thanks very much to all!

It’s not bad , balsa nothing special at all! You can have much better account service at Sensi Spa!! I know ! I was there 2 times. Diner is not so spectacular as it is. Breakfast is average! Dare to find very accommodations than only Sensi Spa… you will see and know.

This place is unbelievable. The accommodations are beautiful and the staff are absolutely amazing. The restaurant on property has delicious food at Momo. The bartenders Tony and Joseph were top notch. The drinks they made were some of the best I’ve had in the world. Jessica, Natasha, Marianna were all wonderful servers and hosts in the bar/restsurant. Highly recommend.
