Make sure you lock all your valuables up as I had my gold chain stolen by the cleaners leave no valuables on display we reported to the reception and wasn't concerned the answer they give was have you proof as we said no one else gos in our room but the maids we can't help you that was the final answer you don't expect that from a 5 star hotel no trust at all with the staff very disappointed a gust I spoke to also had 200 cigarettes stolen from inside the wardrobe

So this was my graduation trip with my friends. We had a double room and it was also my first time on a resort of any kind. Let me tell you it was so worth it the staff was lovely and super helpful. The room was very nice and they came to clean it daily. I personally enjoyed the food and the coral buffet was a life saver as we weren’t able to get spots at some of the restaurants some nights. The sports bar was also amazing and had great bar tenders too, if you ever here you should try the tuna sandwich they’re delicious! The pools were amazing and the beach was beautiful it was definitely worth the price in my opinion. The only thing I would change is how long I stay next time I’ll be staying longer!

Superb holiday couldn't really fault this hotel it gave you everything you need to have a good relaxing fulfilling holiday. Everyone was so friendly and the staff were very helpful and professional with always a smile on their faces. We didn't want go home after two weeks, this was our 4th holiday in Mexico and this hotel was definitely the best hotel we have stopped in that gave you all that you needed.

Great hotel, very clean staff great, but won't be going back, they are catering for young people now, loud music no matter where you sat, we went in 2023 before the renovation round the pools was far better in 2023 than it is now there was a quiet pool, we spoke to a lot of people our age that wasn't happy with the loud music.

We just got back from Riu Caribe in Cancun (July 7–14), and can confidently say this place is perfect. First of all, the resort is spotless, very clean all around, totally tropical, with palm trees on the beach. Beautiful ocean views from practically every room, full view or side view. Our rooms (276 and 278) were big, super modern, and beds very comfy. Shoutout to Blanca, our housekeeping lady-she kept everything sparkling fresh every single day. She was the best! The food is very good too, great variety and you can definitely find something to your taste. The best part is no dinner reservations needed here. You can just walk in, sit down, and eat. The service is consistently good. It truly made our nights so relaxed. Out of all the restaurants, we loved the Coral buffet the best for breakfast, lunch and even dinner. It had of options, everything fresh and tasty, always something for everyone. Huge thanks to the Coral team, especially Elda and Celia—they greeted us with the biggest smiles every breakfast and lunch. And Israel, the evening manager, he totally surprised our son for his birthday with a cake and a staff singalong! It's was sweet and created a memory we’ll never forget. The beach is the highlight of the resort. Powder-soft sand, crystal clear water, and most importantly hardly any sargassum. Even if a little seaweed washed up occasionally, the hardworking staff cleared it fast. The ocean was warm, calm, perfect for swimming—no jellyfish, no bugs—just pure relaxation and fun in the water. We're not pool people, we only stayed on the beach, but we saw a lot of people enjoying their swim-up bar and shade near the pools. Be careful walking, it's slippery around the pools. Overall, we felt totally safe and relaxed the whole time there, with the friendly staff genuinely wanting you to have the best time. From the restaurants to housekeeping to the beach guys and reception - everyone went above and beyond. Riu Caribe is the stunning place that won't leave you disappointed!
