Paradise Cove Boutique Hotel

Elegancki, przestronny hotel nad brzegiem oceanu. Wygodne, duże, czyste pokoje z wszelkimi udogodnieniami. Mnóstwo uroczych zakątków, do wylegiwania się, czy to nad otwartą wodą, czy nad basenami. Dlatego nigdzie nie odczuwa się tłoku, nie brakuje prywatności. Bogate menu śniadaniowe, kolacje w nastrojowych restauracjach, przy dyskretnej muzyce. Wieczorami potańcówki, muzyka na żywo. Duża oferta sportów wodnych (żagle, windsurfing, kajaki, sup-y). Hotel organizuje też wycieczkę morską do pobliskiego rezerwatu przyrody-warto się wybrać! Osobna laurka należy się obsłudze hotelowej. Jest absolutnie na najwyższym poziomie, jaki byłem sobie w stanie wyobrazić! Prawdę mówiąc, w lepszym hotelu jeszcze nie wypoczywałem!

Perfekcja w każdym calu. Obsługa - menadżerowie, barmani (Michael :-)) - mega profesjonaliści. Podróżuję sporo po świecie i śpię w różnych miejscach - mogę z ręką na sercu przyrzec, że jeszcze nigdy nie widziałam tak doskonałej obsługi. Momentami czytali mi w myślach, życzyłabym sobie aby zawsze każdy personel taki był, albo nawet człowiek do człowieka. Uprzejmość, uśmiech, pomoc, życzliwość - choć pewnie część z tego to wyuczenie i marketing, było to na prawdę miłe i tak powinno to wyglądać wszędzie. Nie mogę nie wspomnieć o upgrade, który nam się przydarzył - za co raz jeszcze gorąco dziękuję. Wnętrze hotelu urządzone idealnie, ciekawa architektura obiektu. Pokój - piękny. Pyszne jedzenie w restauracjach, piękny widok na wyspy na oceanie. Hotel ma bardzo dobrą nazwę, dobraną idealnie pod miejsce - "Paradise". Na prawdę raj. Polecam z całego serca. Może to okoliczności przyrody, pogody i magia chwili - może tylko mi wszystko tak idealnie akurat się przytrafiło, ale zakochałam się w tym miejscu.

We stayed here for our honeymoon in August in Room 511 and from the moment we arrived we were blown away by how incredible Paradise Cove is. Alison on reception welcomed us and gave us a tour - she was really friendly and helpful. The complex is absolutely stunning with gorgeous pools, beach and views. The private ‘love nest’ spots are really peaceful and the service button at every spot is an excellent touch. The staff were fantastic, particularly Manoj who was a waiter around the cove and at peninsula restaurant (he bought us mini fruit punch shots, cucumber for the eyes, and even cleaned our sunglasses)! There was another amazing waiter who brought us drinks - unfortunately I can’t remember his name but he had dark curly-ish hair and was mainly at peninsula and around the cove bringing us morning drinks at the love nest by the dock, really friendly and attentive. The Penisula is stunning and the food at the restaurant was outstanding. Every single dish we ate here was so delicious and I’d definitely recommend going all inclusive for the fantastic cocktails and a la carte menus. The different restaurants for the evening were amazing too, particularly the Japanese one. Make sure you email to book in advance of your stay / book early when you arrive as you’ll want to experience these. Other friendly waiters at peninsula were Rajesh and Zahir who delivered fantastic service always. Our room was gorgeous with stunning views over the cove. The bed was comfy and the double shower was lovely. We were upgraded for our honeymoon which was amazing and they also left gifts for us to make it feel extra special. All food was excellent and service from every single member of staff was exceptional - they were incredibly attentive and friendly and clearly took so much pride in their work. There were loads of cosy and private spots around cove to relax and you never felt like the resort was busy or crowded. Everything is thought of here and there wasn’t anything we’d change! Fantastic breakfast with excellent choice. Every meal is outstanding, even lunch or semi-buffet at the dining room feels like a special meal out to treat yourself! Really quality entertainment with talented live singers and musicians every night. Every single member of staff here was incredible and so hardworking, including Lavish and Tulsi at Stay Bar and around the pool. There was a really smiley, young friendly male waiter who served us at the cove restaurant and also our candlelit dinner (didn’t get his name!) Thank you for making our honeymoon so magical! We’d LOVE to return in the future and hopefully will see you to celebrate an anniversary (or two!) Alice and Joe Elkington

The name says it all. It’s in a cove, is a luxury small hotel with only 74 rooms but 4 pools and 4 restaurants , and it’s a little piece of paradise. Very comfortable room, great bathroom and lovely views of the cove. Superb food and very helpful staff.

We stayed at Paradise Cove for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience. Service was very good, quick and responsive. I would like to thank Ms Sandhya at the front office for accomodating our requests, being a great listener and her empathy. Thank you Mr Tulsi for the fantastic service with a smile. The location was amazing, a nice secluded cove. It felt the right mix of cozy and relaxed. The view from Peninsula restaurant was superb and the food was delicious. I highly recommend the Marose mocktail based on watermelon juice. It was so fresh!
