Everyone is very welcoming in the hotel . We felt like we are part of a big family . Excellent room service , and we could like to thanks Mrs Sweety for excellence service

Accommodation is advertised as 2 bedroom apartment suitable for 4 people but failed to mention that the 4 people needed to be 2 couples and willing to share beds. Food very average. Staff friendly but management were unhelpful and lacked any willingness to assist with the dissatisfaction of the sleeping arrangements. Room cleaning below average. Crumbling paint in room.

We spent a relaxing weekend at Domaine de Grand Baie for a short getaway in the North, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The apartment unit was spacious, clean, and well-maintained — perfect for unwinding. The service throughout our stay was consistently good. Staff were friendly, welcoming, and always greeted us with a smile. The location is ideal for locals looking to explore Grand Baie and the surrounding area without going too far. We really enjoyed the wellness facilities — the sauna, hammam, and indoor pool were lovely and added a nice touch of relaxation to our stay. The food at the main restaurant was good for what we expected with a good variety and tasty dishes. Room for Improvement: While the front office staff were very friendly, they didn’t provide clear or complete information about the property’s facilities and timings — we had to figure things out on our own. For Mauritian residents, I’d recommend booking via Deals.mu, as it's significantly cheaper (around Rs1000 less). When I inquired why booking directly was more expensive, the explanation given was unclear and unconvincing. One disappointment was the closure of the Garden Restaurant (which is supposedly à la carte) on a Saturday night — we expected both restaurant options to be available, especially on a weekend. All in all, it was a pretty good stay. I’d definitely recommend Domaine de Grand Baie for a short local getaway — especially if you're looking for a peaceful break with easy access to the North.

We celebrated my daughter birthday at Domaine du Grand Baie, we would like to thank wholeheartedly Chef Rakesh Munoruth, Mr Ashik, Mr Vikram, Ryan, Mohamed and the whole team who has look after us and the event was successful. We highly recommend this place for its cozy atmosphere, superb food and beverage. ❤️ We will definitely be back From Varsha B

It is a lovely and cozy hotel. The food was delicious. Amiable staff, especially Sweety. The hotel is full of great art and elegant décor. Loved the downtown location and atmosphere. However, we were a bit disappointed with the spa pool as there was a problem with the heater. The room we stayed in requires maintenance. Big thanks to Mithi who helped our cousin with his stomach pain and brought the food to the room.
