I very rarely leave negative reviews for hotels but this particular one was exceptionally bad. Quite frankly, it's the most disgusting service I have ever come across in a hotel. The staff are incredibly rude and completely unbothered. The very reasonable requests made (in advance and agreed upon) through booking.com . 1. Upon check in to our 2 rooms, there's no interconnected rooms for my young children - told to come at 9am on the off chance it's available. How do you not know what room is available the following day? 2. Paid for 2 pool view rooms on booking.com and the arrogant member of staff told me there's none available and did absolutely nothing about it. 3. The pools are not heated at all, they are also disgustingly dirty so we did not venture into them again after the first day. 4. I had requested an iron on the first day, told to ask housekeeping who will bring it, came again the next day and the next and told the same thing then on the fourth day I was given attitude stating that they aren't obligated to provide one even if its available. Honestly at this point, I'm just reeling from the lack of basic etiquette from the reception girl Hajar, and her manager! 5. The breakfast was inedible. Very bad. The restaurant staff are no better than those at reception, ask them for anything and you will get a blank face and tell you to go elsewhere. Nothing was ever topped up, if they ran out of milk or bread, tough! I could go on and on but honestly its just dire, never ever again. Would not recommend. The room itself was decent however the AC didn't work properly and no minibar. The mattresses were not comfortable either. Agadir has much better hotels, I'd book elsewhere.

I just came back from a week in this hotel. When we first arrived 3 buses arrived too so the check in was quite hectic .The staff were lovely and kind. There was dancing and entertainment around the pool and the snack bar was very nice. It offered a range of hot sandwiches and wraps and chips . On the other hand the food in the restaurant was not the best , it was very repetitive and no Ice lollies or Ice-cream at dinner time. Room was very clean and nice . The shower is big and the beds were cleaned daily . The weather was very cloudy on a morning until 1/2 pm . Overall a nice week away but I wouldn’t personally come back.

One of the best holiday's we've been on the hotel was amazing and clean, the staff couldn't do enough for you! From the entertainment team, waiters, cleaners, security, chefs and cleaning staff they were all amazing! A particular shout out to Yoyo and Yassine from the entertainment and Jamal the waiter they really felt like friends by the end! They also went to an effort to make my grand mother a birthday cake. The location of the hotel is ideal just a short walk away from the beach. The hotel also had a tortoise walking around that we nicknamed tiddles. Money exchange is easy you can exchange cash at reception or there’s an atm too! Chips would've been a good addition at the evening buffet!But other than that you can't fault it.

Hotel TUI Suneo Kenzi Europa is a great hotel. The staff are amazing particularly the entertainment team. Huge shout out to Yassine and Yoyo! Food is lovely and it’s a great location, across the road from the beach and a little souk for some shopping. Can’t fault it. The pool and slides are a great hit and snack bar offers food and drink outside of meal times. Cleaners in daily to clean and tidy your rooms. Buffet style food options but loads of choice. Nothing is too much trouble. Currency easy to exchange cash at the hotel or there is a cash point. You won’t regret booking this hotel.

Stayed with my mum for 11 nights & can honestly say we absolutely loved this hotel. Rooms were spotless & cleaned daily. Grounds are lovely & very well maintained. Food was extremely high standard for all inclusive, even the drinks were good. The staff are excellent, friendly, polite, fun, efficient…anything & everything they can do to make your stay positive they do with a smile….Mr Yo-yo & all the animation guys keep a fun vibe going day & night, Mr Said & the bar guys keep the drinks flowing. Highly recommend this hotel.
