Variety of food cuisines and the place was welcoming and staff friendly. One thing I would recommend is their response time to customer request to improve . For example I requested an iron it never turned up until my other friend requested again all in all we had a great time

The hotel itself is beautiful, impeccably clean, and exceptionally well-maintained. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. The drink selection was fantastic, and the bartenders were always super friendly, providing excellent service. The only area we felt could be improved was the food selection, particularly at lunch. While the basic offerings were fine, we were a bit disappointed by the limited variety, especially with fruits. It would have been wonderful to see a changing selection of the incredible local fruits readily available in the local market, rather than just bananas, apples, and one type of melon. Additionally, if you arrived for lunch more than 30 minutes after opening, options were quite scarce. The existing lunch areas also felt overly busy with limited selections; perhaps an additional dining area would help alleviate this and offer more variety. Despite the minor points regarding food, we had a very enjoyable stay thanks to the wonderful staff and beautiful surroundings.

Me and my boyfriend stayed a few weeks back and this hotel was fab , everything was perfect and we actually had no feedback to give as everything was provided and all service was 10/10. Wanted to also give a special thank you to Yassine who was one of the servers at the restaurant, he made sure every night me and my boyfriend had everything provided and was just the loveliest of souls. The rooms are spotless and have a lovely modern feel and we even got upgraded to a swim up room which was a lovely touch. It was also my boyfriend’s birthday when we attended and they decorated it for free and left a cake. Overall a 10/10 stay would absolutely recommend.

A review of the Azha A la Carte restaurant. Wow is first word that comes to mind. What a fantastic experience dinner here was. Said, the restaurant Manager and his team Mohamed, Fantna and Montassir were so professional and welcoming. They could not do enough for us. Said runs the restaurant with such attention to detail. It was our wedding anniversary and he made the night so special. Fabulous evening, thank you!
