We had the best holiday in April. We arrived very late night and we felt very welcomed from the moment we stepped in.check in was very easy and quick.they guided us to the restaurant and there was a full buffet with freshly cooked food and dessert made especially for us We enjoyed our holiday as everything was just perfect, rooms were very roomy and got cleaned every day by Mariam who was so friendly and nice and they provide us with fresh towels every day The food was amazing, lots of variety and made to a very high quality There are many swimming pools and there was always a space All the employees were picked, they all are very friendly , helpful and smiley. Starting from the manager Mr. Wessam who was always wondering, checking everything by himself Waiters were always smiling, very professional and friendly The 2 men who were offering Moroccan tea ,very are very nice and chatty Animation team were amazing , they were very friendly and try to their best .always ask people to contribute but not pushy We will definitely come back

Check in was smooth - lovely choice of baguettes available on arrival at approx 12am. Rooms were of a good size, bedding could have been better and they could have slit the beds as we asked for a twin room, but we were given one huge bed. The location is in the beach, the pool area is stunning, sofas, beds all around and so so chilled. One bar area by the pool which got quite busy at times. There is a snack bar here which served pizza, burgers and fries - so not really for me. But I thought the pool area was the cleanest I have ever seen. The only major negative was the top restaurant where service was quite poor and I truly believe this was lack of staff - several days we sat at tables that had not been cleared or set back up for the next diners, this was a major bug bear and we cleared the table ourselves several times. Unfortunately as in all inclusive food was very samey - I would t return again only because I would prefer more life outside the resort. But the resort was very good overall

Looking for a romantic holiday with fantastic weather, beautiful beaches, delicious food, excellent service and high standards this is your place. Thank you to Younes for our barista style coffees everyday, Latifa for being so friendly and accommodating in house keeping and Yassine who's cheeky smile and attentive wine topping up made our evenings. This holiday will be unforgettable and would love to return soon.

We had great expectations and they were definitely met. The staff are a credit to the hotel, friendly happy and always a smile. We struggled to get small enough local notes from the hotel and were so disappointed we couldn’t give more tips to the staff, they deserve them. The food was ok typical buffet, the a la carte was lovely but slow to serve. The coffee bar in reception opened as we arrived and we enjoyed the coffee and cakes especially as the weather wasn’t good. Amazing spread out grounds and plenty of sunbathing areas, though the beds were uncomfortable. Towel swap was great. Evening entertainment was really good we thoroughly enjoyed that, especially the guitarist singer he was great. The staff clean from morning to night, constantly washing floors and steps and basically if it doesn’t move the wash it. They never stop ! We will return as soon as we’re able to. Our only 2 complaints would be, jet 2 advertised some premium brands alcohol was available, this wasn’t what we found. . The only named on AI was Gordons Gin, all other named were on the menu to pay. Our room was not as shown in every picture on all media advertising, no pictures of our actual room which was very cramped. The bedding and towels are not 5*. We did regularly have to ask for extra towels but they were always available quickly. As stated by others the bedding is not fitted and does not stay in place, there were no mattress or pillow protectors which is not professional when the bedding is bunched up. This is an amazingly clean and beautiful hotel with fantastic staff and I would highly recommend.
