I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and overall had a really pleasant experience. The room was clean, modern, and spacious, with a comfortable bed and good water pressure in the shower. Housekeeping came daily and did a great job…. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially at reception — they helped us alot i and gave great restaurant recommendations nearby.. socthank youu very much for everything !!

I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Taghazout Bay Beach Resort, and I want to give special thanks to Mustapha, our housekeeper, and his supervisor Khadija. Mustapha was incredibly attentive, kind, and meticulous — our room was always spotless and perfectly arranged. He truly went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. Khadija was also amazing — helpful, professional, and always available with a warm smile. Their excellent service made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you both for making us feel so welcome!

I don’t even know where to start. What was meant to be a relaxing, luxury birthday trip turned into a stressful, overpriced disaster. From the moment we arrived at Hilton Agadir, it was one issue after another. We sat through five hours of constant banging — no explanation, no apology, just endless “20 minutes” responses that were complete lies. The next morning? Woke up to the same banging. Again, fobbed off, ignored — until I pushed and pushed, and finally, over an hour later, we were moved to another room. The new room was a suite and absolutely stunning — I finally thought maybe things were turning around. But then we discovered our unexpected guest: a cockroach. Picture attached. I nearly cried. It was humiliating, disgusting, and just the final blow to an already awful stay. To “apologize,” they offered us two free drinks — but could only make two items from their own menu. What a joke. Trying to eat was another nightmare. 25 minutes to get a menu, then 15 more minutes of being ignored, until we finally walked out — only for staff to suddenly scramble to seat us like nothing had happened. The bar was unbelievably slow, and most of the staff were rude, cold, and dismissive. The only people who treated us like humans were housekeeping Malika & Mahdi — they deserve better than to be working under such poor management. This was meant to be a special birthday trip, and I spent thousands thinking I was treating myself. I even wrote a glowing review on my first day — what a mistake. I genuinely feel like I jinxed the whole thing. I couldn’t be more disappointed. This stay was not worth the price, not worth the stress, and certainly not worthy of the Hilton name. I couldn’t wait to leave on leaving literally every member of staff wanted to help !
