Cugó Gran Macina Grand Harbour

Brilliant hotel and just what we needed for our mini moon! The team were so attentive and the breakfast was excellent! The room was clean and spacious and overall very comfortable for our 5 night stay. The rooftop pool was so nice and relaxing. Also, the pool menu was good and the food was great. Overall a great stay.

Perfect in every way . From the moment we arrived at reception we were welcomed with smiling , helpful staff , offered drinks , shown to our room . The suite was amazing as is the entire hotel .. comfortable and stylish .. gorgeous rooftop pool .... what was even more amazing are the staff -- every single one of them -- from the lovely smiling girl serving drinks at the pool , the breakfast staff who couldn't do enough for us .. just such a gorgeous experience all round .... they clearly are all very proud to be working at the Gran Macina and it's been a long time since I've experienced such genuine warmth , professionalism and incredible customer service service .. most definitely would recommend this hotel and the beautiful location - peaceful and easy access on the ferry to Valletta . Thank you to all of you for making our short stay so special

From when we first arrived at the hotel to the moment we left nine nights later the service provided was world class. Caterina and her front of house colleagues are a credit to the hotel. Nothing was too much trouble and the service was supplied with such good humour. From freshly made breakfasts every day, excellent dinners, often accompanied by live music, a beautiful spacious room and a stunning rooftop pool this place has it all. The location is perfect nicely away from the hustle and bustle of Valletta but only moments away by boat but with so much to explore right from the doorstep. Go there, you will not be disappointed!

The moment we walked in ,we were welcomed by the lovely reception team. Offered a drink and then shown to our room and a visit to rooftop pool. The dinning room team were amazing, Martha and Neila (spelling)? but from Serbia could not do enough . They attended to everyone in the same way. The housekeeping team the same. The hotel is located near the ferry to get to Valetta which was great. Thank you all and we will be back.
