Kids Club - Keren Keren at the Kids Club is an absolute gem! She made our children feel welcomed, safe, and most importantly, excited every single day. Her enthusiasm and creativity were unmatched — from fun activities to caring attention, she made sure every child felt included and engaged. As a parent, there’s no better feeling than seeing your kids run toward the club with smiles and stories. Keren truly has a gift for working with children and creates a space where both kids and parents can relax and enjoy their time. Planet Hollywood is lucky to have her!

We had an amazing time at the Tex-Mex restaurant at Planet Hollywood. The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the outstanding service from Dylan and Luis. Both were incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. Dylan and Luis went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, checking in at just the right times and offering great recommendations. Their warm, professional energy added so much to our evening. Highly recommend this place for both the food and the exceptional service!

Amazing service at So. Cal Buffet, Elmer and Maria-jose were incredible. Positive Friendly, attentive. The food was good but the service with them was even better. Definitely makes the stay at Planet Hollywood better with staff like them. 5 out 5 Stars for the staff!!!

Carlos at restaurant East was amazing. They provided great customer service during our family dinner out. It was my favorite place to eat during my stay. He was very attentive to us and we felt like we were the only people being served. Definitely recommend.

Our maid, Angelica and turn down service person, Chela were the best! They were very attentive to detail. Our concierge person, Leslie was also very friendly & helpful with anything we needed. Very clean and the food is very good!
