Rixos Premium Qetaifan Island North

Perfect all inclusive resort/hotel with nice room, twin bed and extra bed for child. Nice view at Meryal waterpark from balcony. The food and drinks in restaurants, Turquoise and Brasserie de la mer, was very tasty. Pool bar had nice drinks, ice cream and light snacks and salads. It was perfect with unlimited entry to Meryal waterpark, so you can go for lunch at hotel and back to Meryal again. Water, juice and ice cream was included in Meryal beach bar. We had a very nice stay at this resort with friendly staff and also the lovely Meryal waterpark. We will come back again!

Good holidays, good time with family, ejoing moments. Aqua park is advantage to this Hotel. Food is good, only issue is many people. aladvice to make reservation to Alacart restaurants. Special thanks for barman Atilla for tasty cocktails & drinks

Rooms excellent, staff very helpful but in the main restaurant under pressure. They need more staff at peak times. Atlanta the pool bar very helpful and always with a smile. Brasserie service was poor having to wait 30 mins sometimes for a drink. We had a meal there in the evening and when we did eventually get our starters they brought out our mains 5 mins later and seemed puzzled when we stated that we were eating our starters still, it then took 35 mins before our mains came after they cleared out starters away. Steak house was lovely food great. It could have been 5 star so easily with some simple changes for example bar snacks at lunch, pizza, burgers for the kids rather then go into the food hall which was so busy. Water park was great fun and 2 mins walk from the hotel. Overall lovely hotel, helpful staff but some learning points from other Rixos hotels

Very disappointing experience. The AC in our room was either too hot or freezing, with no proper control. My kids couldn’t sleep until midnight due to the heat, and when they finally did, they were sweating and uncomfortable. We contacted room service multiple times — no one came. We waited at the front desk for no action. The manager was also “unavailable.” An AC technician finally showed up at 2:30 AM but didn’t solve the problem. Even when I called again the next morning, we were ignored until check-out. Unresponsive staff, poor service, and not worth the high price. If it weren’t for the Meryal Waterpark, this hotel wouldn’t be considered at all. I don’t recommend it and will never return

The worst experience with Rixos! We’ve been very loyal to the Rixos hotels, but this one is the worst. Service level is as 3* hotel. My kid had an injury, because of the stone on the beach and manager’s reaction was ridiculous. Will never come back here again! And we’ll definitely make sure our friends won’t come!!!
