We have just returned from 15 nights at TUI Blue Berawa and without a doubt, the staff and the team are what make this hotel fantastic! We’re going to be really honest as to why we think this hotel is a 4* and not a 5* but we do think it’s got the potential to be a 5* in the very near future! Positives: Staff are simply amazing - so warm, friendly and polite and cannot do enough for you. Always smiling and wanting to engage in conversation with you. A special shout out to the following staff members: Syeh, Agung, Nadine, Sri, Wahyu, Tyran, Bogik & Kania. Food is absolutely delicious - chefs work super hard and it shows. Breakfast was an absolute delight everyday. We chose to eat in the restaurant in the evening about 6/7 times during the 2 weeks we were there and the food was amazing! The beds are so comfortable and the hairdryer in the room the best I have ever used! Also really handy that they have USB & USC charging points in the bedrooms. The complimentary bed display and cake on arrival was a lovely touch as well as the complimentary bottle of perfume from LUC Spa & a voucher to celebrate our anniversary! Gym is really good - got everything you need and open 24/7! Areas for improvement and in our opinion, what would take this hotel from a 4* > 5*…. Regular cleaning of the gym - as well as leaving wipes for guests to wipe equipment down themselves too. Water - Have filtered water available for guests to help themselves by the pool. A welcome pack to be provided on arrival so that guests know about breakfast / restaurant opening hours, promotions (these were on TV but they disappeared so quickly & you couldn’t read what the promotion was!) Hot water in the bathroom sinks! No wardrobes in the rooms - just hanging space! Website advises that a courtyard room has a patio and outdoor space but this isn’t the case. It doesn’t have a balcony and it looks out to an indoor courtyard area but also means the room opposite you is looking in! Website also states there will be complimentary chocolates from RR shop in room on arrival but not the case. So update your website to reflect this! No one at the pool bar regularly throughout the day so you can’t always order drinks etc! Staff are super efficient at bringing food and drinks out to you at the pool but don’t appear to take away empty glasses / used plates etc so it can look a little untidy. Pool rules state no smoking around pool but most people seemed to smoke around the pool - fine if you’re a smoker but not so good if you’re not!

A mixed bag but overall a disappointing stay. There are loads of positives to this hotel. The staff are great, friendly, attentive and always happy to help. The roof pool is lovely and a real asset. The breakfast is a good standard and service is good. The rooms are kept clean and tidy with all amenities replaced daily. This hotel is unfortunately let down by whoever designed it. We stayed in room 229, a "courtyard view room". The only view you have is whatever your neighbours in the opposite room are up to. The courtyard itself is a giant sound chamber, when the phone rings in reception you can hear it, someone talks in reception, you can hear it, the maintenance man that starts replacing loose flooring tiles at 7am on a Sunday, you can hear it. The room itself is very poorly designed, the reading lights above the bed are so bright you could be in an operating theater. The half mirror is in the corner, so cant be used unless you sit or stand on the bedside table. There is no storage in the room just wasted space and a rail. The curtains are an issue but shouldn't be. They don't block the light as they are about an inch too short and don't sit flush against the wall. Not a huge issue in itself but at night, every room has a light in the courtyard which automatically turns on, so the room is very light at night. I don't understand why the lights need to be on, we were on the second floor with a bright light outside our window, doesn't make sense at all. The hotel is located back from the road so you don't get the road noise, but you do get the building site noise from the next lot. We knew this was here and wasn't a huge issue, but probably would be if you had an outside facing room with a balcony. Overall we were disappointed with our stay, the service is 4*, as it can be lacking at breakfast. Items not replaced and being ignored by staff. The hotel design is a 3* at best, one of the worst designed hotels we have ever stayed in. If you are looking for privacy and peace this is not the place. We wouldn't recommend and wont come back.

Stayed 5days at the New 5stars Hotels and Villas in Berawa Bali. Room was Nice with Natural Smell. Services were top notch. Super friendly staffs. We had Surpised birthday cake for My Son's at the Breakfast Time from Shah and staff Restaurant.It's Amazing Memory to My Son. Pool was Great really Confortable for Family with Kids. My husband and I chosen Tui Blue BERAWA for our honeymoon trip in Bali, We were impressed with warm welcome from front desk, quick check in and tasty welcome drink. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Once we arrived the room was surprising with honeymoon decorations and delicious chocolate cake, room is spacious well decorated, cozy but also look luxurious Thanks to Housekeeping staffs who always make our room fresh like first check in. The trip will be incomplete without take care from the F&B and culinary team, we enjoyed sunsets cocktail by the pool, BBQ dinner with lobster, and plenty of seafood, we are so lucky that we met Executive chef SALIM who look after us in every meal, he personalise what we need, professional and knowledgeable in his fields, his lobster recipes is the best. I highly appreciate the hotel extended the breakfast time it is truly make the service luxury. Once again Thanks to SALIM and team We are now in Kintamani but our heart left there. We will be back very soon Love from Chamaroel and Aima

I have been there in tui blue berawa with my wife We had amazing day in tui blue berawa especialy to the chef salim was wonderful service and his team,front office as well really amazing fast assist what we need,room just huge and clean. The buffet breakfast+ a la carte and the Friday bbq was exceptional. The staff welcome you with genuine smile. We will definitely back tui blue berawa,bali Thank you very much for evrything
