Four Seasons Resort Bali at Sayan

This is a hotel like no other I have ever been to, it is in the jungle. Room was the best ever. Food I don’t have words to describe it , Whatever I tried was mouthwatering and top quality, The staff helpfull and friendly. I will always treasure the moments there and will return later days ! From the moment we arrived at Four Seasons Bali at Sayan, we were welcomed with such genuine care and warmth—but it was when my kids came down with a cold that the staff truly went above and beyond. Their compassion, attentiveness, and willingness to help made all the difference during what could have been a stressful time. They helped arrange fun activities that kept the kids engaged and happy, even while they were under the weather. Whether it was bringing soothing teas, adjusting our plans, or simply checking in with a kind smile, the team anticipated our every need and took care of everything with grace and heart. This level of care isn’t something you can train—it’s something that comes from a true culture of hospitality and love. Thank you to every member of the team for making us feel so supported, seen, and taken care of the entire time. You turned our trip into a beautiful memory, and we are so grateful.
