Świetne, magiczne miejsce. Cudowny wystrój wnętrz. Wspaniały widok z pokoju wprost na ocean, dzięki temu zachody słońca były wyjątkowym przeżyciem. Bardzo wygodne łóżka, z odpowiednimi materacami i wygodnymi poduszkami.

This is a wonderful hotel, just across the road from a beautiful sandy beach with views out to sea. We stayed in the standard rooms which were great. The staff are amazing, very helpful if you have problems. They even tried to help us find a lost ring on the local bus service. The decor is jawdropping. Bus stops are nearby, €1.10 one way to Old Town. Lots of restaurants on beach front. Be aware that very few people speak english in this resort (outside of hotel) and food is presented very differently to northern europe. Dining out can be confusing, or asking for assistance in a shop. Fish/meat is presented breaded or covered in sauce, even salads. Desserts are excessively creamy and sugary. However, the ice cream is sublime. This is the real Spain with most tourists being Spanish.

The hotel is exceptional. Extremely good value for money. All areas are spotless both inside and outside- pool arrangement is superb - in terms of towels, food, drinks. The breakfast and dinner are varied and all beautifully presented- from fruit, to all sorts of milk - soy, almond etc- every taste is catered for. Authentic Spanish food- cooked fresh as required. Our room was a sea view so we were able to hear the entertainment in the evening but it finished early so as not to disturb sleep- if you wanted more life fabulous bar serving cocktails on the roof open to 2am. The only criticism I have is that there was a desperate smell on the room on entering- like stagnant drains- that reception staff attempted to resolve really quickly but unfortunately it returned. Still, it didn't damper our stay- we weren't in the room much! Will definitely return and recommend to others.

As friends with a few physical difficulties, we have to say that the beds and pillows were very comfortable. We loved that we had a great balcony overlooking the pool and sea, a kettle, a safe and a fridge. What we did find weird/different was, the rest of the room was designed with style over function. The wardrobe was only half in height. So ladies, no long dresses! No drawers, but there were a couple of shelves in the wardrobe. The huge sink was in the bedroom. No problem with that, but why 2 taps? And I don’t mean a hot tap and a cold tap! Then the piece de la resistance! The bathroom door. In fact the whole bathroom wall was transparent glass with just a bit of frosting. Certainly not enough frosting unless you liked watching your friend, on the loo, whilst you’re sat on the bed!!! Great shower though. Pool area was comfortable but no parasols, only a large fixed structure, like a large car port, to escape the sun. Food in the bar beside the pool is good and competitively priced to outside. Loved the concept that you can’t bag yourself a sun lounger then go off for half the day. If you haven’t appeared in about an hour, your towels are removed! The reception staff could be a lot less blunt and more helpful. When we checked out and asked whether they would kindly call us a taxi, the answer was a blunt ‘No’ even though I walk with a crutch and my friend with a walking stick. They said there were strike demonstrations and the roads were closed. This may have been the case earlier in the morning, but ALL roads were open by the time we checked out. Even from the reception desk you could see that traffic was going past the hotel. They just pointed at where we had to walk - up the street, across the road and down a little. 100m? When he said this to us, pointing, traffic was passing him but the answer was still ‘No’ That is why I only gave 4/5.

We recently spent two nights at the hotel during our tour of Andalucia. We could not fault the hotel or the car park attached to it. We loved our swim up room and infinity pool overlooking the main pool and the beach. The room itself was spacious and spotlessly clean. All staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We couldn’t have asked for more. Would return without hesitation.
