Gala Placidia

Very nice and efficient check in. Amazingly friendly staff. Very clean. Food on the better side of all inclusive standards. Room small but efficient, cleaned every day, really powerful shower. 2 good sized pools (we didn't go In as was very cold considering it's late April) Hotel in a great location for the new town. My only gripe (if you can call it a gripe) is the lifts are very small and make unpredictable movements. Highly recommend and would return.

Cannot fault the hotel at all. The location is amazing, the food was great, the room was comfy, clean and tidy and all the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The entertainment team were amazing and our 7 year old loved the kids club and all the entertainment they put on. The entertainment at night was also really good. The queen tribute were fantastic and the guy doing Freddie was outstanding. We ventured out the hotel a few times and the surrounding area is stunning. Definitely worth a visit to the ancient look out point up in the hill and a trip to Port Andthrax. We also went on a boat trip from Paguera. The boat was really good and we spent the afternoon in Paguera, which was also really nice. Overall we had a great time in Gala Placidia and will definitely be back

Clean and comfortable, friendly staff. Beds were comfy, rooms cleaned everyday. Staff very friendly, Danilo works very hard and is very chatty. The evening entertainment was fun, mostly games and karaoke. There was always something edible in the buffet, although some of the offerings were unusual, same with most European all inclusives. The walls are paper thin so if you get a room next to someone who plays music all night it is not the most peaceful place! All in all a nice 3 star hotel, far enough away from the chaos of Benidorm but close enough to everything you want to do. Would definitely book here again if travelling this way.
