Diamond check-in was 50 minutes. Towels weren’t changed every day. Laundry wasn’t available daily. Room service was unavailable during busy nights. THE BUGGY WAS RARELY AVAILABLE!

We are nearing the end of our 2 week stay at the Royalton Grenada and I cannot recommend this fabulous hotel and beautiful island of Grenada highly enough. It's very conveniently located to the airport (3 min drive!) which meant we had an extra half day at the hotel on both our day of arrival & departure - bonus! but without any noise disruption from flights. The staff have been incredibly warm, helpful and friendly since arrival. Gerald helped us with our bags on arrival and was so smiley chatty and helpful which has set the tone for our whole stay. We are not in diamond club and personally do not feel we have missed out at all. The beaches, sea swimming and snorkelling are fantastic. Truly one of the best beaches we've visited and we have travelled all over the world. The beaches are essentially private to the hotel and occupy two separate coves. We have never struggled to find loungers by the pool or beach for our family of 5 and there has never been any shortage of towels. There are two pools for non diamond club guests and we spent most of our time at the pool on the beach adjoining the diamond club pool. Never had to wait more than a couple of minutes to be served drinks and orders often taken and delivered by our loungers. Excellent bar staff. We have enjoyed all the food the hotelhas offered and have booked every restaurant we wanted via the app with ease. We've eaten at each speciality restaurant 3 or 4 times and there is plenty of variety for multiple visits. All the food has been freshly cooked and of high quality. All the restaurant staff have given outstanding service without exception. We ha e eaten in the buffet for breakfast every day and enjoyed a variety of freshly cooked food to order including crepes, eggs and omelette. The chefs are brilliant. Entertaining as well as excellent cooks. I have tended to ear lunch at nibbles looking out to sea (which I've loved....nachos and ceasar salad wraps being a particular favourite) but my husband has really enjoyed freshly cooked fish to order with tasty salads at the buffet We' ve also enjoyed a few evening meals at the buffet and have taken advantage of the freshly cooked food to order from pastas to pork, burgers, chicken and a variety of fish. Scoops for morning coffee and afternoon ice creams and treats has been a huge hit too. We cannot fault the food at all. Our rooms are well-appointed and have been kept clean and tidy.We have enjoyed the most spectacular sea views from both our bed and balcony. Duluxsea view rooms block 14 level 3. Lots of steps but a welcome workout for us after all the lovely food and drink. We have used the well equipped gym daily although it could benefit from more than 1 running machine and slightly stronger air con but otherwise really great. The fitness team are absolutely outstanding and have absolutely made our holiday. From yoga several mornings a week with Jeremy and kelson (excellent instruction offering an accessible and challenging workout) to a morning walk to nearby beaches with kelson (so interesting and informative about local plants and fruits) and the daily aqua aerobics with Jere.y, Kelson and roniesha. All excellent, upbeat and fun instructors offering a challenging and fun workout that we looked forward to everyday. 5 stars! The evening entertainment has also been largely e velvet and entertaining. We particularly enjoyed the greatest showmanship,fire show and cultural dance show. All in all a fantastic holiday. The entire stay was something out of a dream or movie. There wasn’t a care in the world. The entire staff was amazing but most importantly the two Bjtlers we had (Ted and Brad G.) were a Godsend. From the smallest of things to completely overhauling my besties room for her bday in a short time … they went above and beyond. And made our stay the best ever of all of our Caribbean vacations.
