The people are the friendliest and the service is the best. The butlers tend to you daily, making reservations, checking on you, informing you of events at the resort, and answering questions as needed. The massage and hydrotherapy are unmatched. Don’t leave here without it. If you’re unsure of what to eat, you can’t go wrong with the buffet. There are many choices and it’s not the same food each day. I had a beach walk out which had chairs for our room as well as chairs closer to the water. The sunrise and sunset are a must so get up early and take it in.

The resort is beautiful but we had the best time doing the workout classes! Kelson specifically was an amazing HIIT instructor and my family and I had a lot of fun. I also liked how some of the workouts could be modified so it was great for different age groups and workout expertise!

Excellent workout to get the blood pumping and the muscles and soft tissue warm and ready for the day. I really enjoyed the speed and intensity and the instructor was top notched and very accommodating for our group. Kelso was very easy and offers many more for us during out stay. Kudos

The entire customer services team all need re-training, not welcoming and seem like they dont want to be there, their attitude sucks. We requested an iron, waited 3 days only to be told we havent got any availble until i had to escalate with a manager. Bathrooms definately need touching up, they smell & have brown rust stains everywhere. The buffet food was always cold & never once saw staff checking temps with a food probe, like at other hotels, also if birds fly in dont expect staff to bat them out, theyll just let the birds peck at the bread station. The entertainment team is the biggest savior especially STITCH 10/10 for vibes, overall a waste of money and defo not a 5⭐️ resort.

The locals and hotel staff are amazing! The island is gorgeous! The hotel is doable, but not a luxury resort at all. Regardless of being in a tropical location I do not expect to run into a huge waterbug when I go to the bathroom at night. I had to place towels in front and behind my doors to reduce the chance of one coming in again. But it did even in the room I switched to. The food is so so, specialty Italian restwas very slow and the description did not match my order. But the staff are amazing and accommodating. My butler Jaime was the best! He made sure that I had everything I needed and asked for. Im definitely coming back to Grenada just dont think I'll be staying there or at the diamond club for the price. Overall it was still a good trip. Maje sure you tour the island. Dr. Nicole
