Super Hotel, dobre położenie, obsługa rewelacyjna, jedzenie bardzo dobre, pokoje czyściutkie, atmosfera Super, w recepcji Pani Karolina służy pomocą, blisko do centrum miasta, blisko do plaży. Polecam serdecznie dla osób dorosłych jeżeli chcą odpocząć od gwaru.

This was a nightmare holiday for us but won’t go into detail. Please message if you want details. BUT, I did want to say don’t go to this hotel unless you have good mobility, pool is only ladder entrance and sun beds are low and limited number. Bar area away from pool so not easily accessible when relaxing, AND, smoking in bar is allowed, wasn’t nice for 2 non-smokers.

In an age of nightmare package holiday experiences I thought it would be appropriate to share a positive experience my wife and I had at the Rodos Horizon Marina hotel. The hotel is managed by Mr Filimanos Roussos. In my opinion, I used to work in the HORECA sector myself for many years, Mr Roussos is a top flight manager who really knows how to get the best from his loyal staff and collectively deliver a very relaxing and pleasurable holiday experience. I would particularly like to commend Marietta, Sofia, Anastasia, Katia and Kevin who made our holiday extra special with their excellent service which was always delivered with a smile. This hotel has the most helpful and friendliest staff of any hotel I've ever stayed in. We arrived and was checked in by the wonderful marrietta, we asked if we could upgraded to a sea view, which she arranged without a problem. Sophia on reception is also wonderful, we had a problem with our safe, reported it to her, by the time we got back to our room, so one was there to fix it. The room was a good size with a comfortable bed, nice balcony, stocked fridge with soft drinks and water., complimentary ouzo, and honey. Pool is clean, plenty of sunbeds, you do need to get one early as they all get claimed quickly.. does have signs rules of the pool all around, after 30 mins towels will be removed if not used, and no glass around pool, but no one enforces these rules ( my only fault with the place) Food is buffet style, plenty of choice, Chefs are very professional and know their stuff. Waiting staff are brilliant, very attentive. Bar got overwhelmed at times, the man behind the bar with glasses ( sorry we never got his name) was super efficient, worked very hard to keep the queues to a minimum. A few of the nights there was entertainment on which was very good. Hotel is just outside the town, so is a little walk away, but there are plenty of taxis and an hourly no 6 bus into town, journey back from town on the bus is a long one as its a circular, but if you want to get it, you catch it outside Mark's and Spencers in the new town. Overall had a lovely relaxing holiday and would love to return Your staff are an asset to your hotel they all work extremely hard to keep everyone happy Special mention also to the fantastic Eleni ( will be back for our night out in Faliraki🤣) and the fantastic Katia, both amazing.

My partner and I arrived 02/07/25. Upon arrival we were greeted by a warm, friendly attentive receptionist named Sophia and Kevin the young,charming charismatic guy who gave us a lovely cold glass of sparkling wine. We were given all the relevant information and Kevin took our luggage to our room. What a great first impression. The hotel was spotlessly clean,absolutely everywhere! Toilets were immaculate and all the cleaning,housekeeping staff worked very hard to keep the hotel looking good. Our room was brilliant. We had comfortable beds,good size of room,good fridge which was stocked up with drinks,water,beer and snacks. The housekeeping staff were in every day to clean,make beds and give us new towels. They worked tirelessly with 1 day off a week. The restaurant provided a great buffet which varied every day and the chefs and waiters/waitresses were so friendly and attentive. The restaurant buffet had so much choice and the staff worked very hard to keep everything fresh and clean. The pool area and pool were emmaculate,plenty of sunbeds after 3pm,that suited me as I only went to pool after 3 most days,beach is so close,5 min walk and with beach shoes I enjoyed floating around on my hammock in the lovely warm sea. Beautiful hotel,beautiful staff and wonderful place.
