Hotel i obsługa przerosły nasze oczekiwania.

We had a truly relaxing stay at this fantastic resort in Kolymbia. The design—both inside and out—is beautifully done, creating a peaceful and elegant atmosphere perfect for unwinding. The room was spacious and spotless, and the overall vibe of the resort was young, stylish and laid-back, with most guests in the 30–50 age range. It never felt crowded or noisy, even in the evenings. Kolymbia itself is fairly quiet at night, but the resort hosts classy live music in an open-air space, which we really enjoyed. The food was of a very high standard. There are also Asian and Italian restaurants on site offering both lunch and dinner menus. One of our highlights was having lunch delivered directly to our sun umbrella—such a treat and a lovely touch of luxury. There are two great pools and the view of the huge rocky mountain nearby is absolutely stunning. The beach is within walking distance, but we also recommend hiring a car (available at the hotel) to visit Tsambika beach—a beautiful sandy spot that looks like it belongs on a postcard. We also drove to Lindos and Rhodes, both well worth seeing. The staff were exceptional—friendly, attentive, and always working hard to make your stay perfect. A special thank you to Kristina, who really made our experience even more memorable. Highly recommended if you’re after a stylish, restful escape with superb service and gorgeous surroundings.

Location and hotel facilities are amazing however, the place is let down by the staff. Upon checking in the AC in our room was broken, after contacting the front desk twice within an hour we were told someone would look at it (time unspecified), called back for a 3rd time 30 minutes later to be told it’ll be fixed the following day. After pushing the issue we managed to get moved rooms. During the day when you approach the bar for a drink you’re told if you stay on your lounger they’ll come and serve you, which means you can only get a drink if someone’s passing (sometimes waiting an hour). 3 days in our possessions were removed from a sun lounger as they’d been left unattended (we’d gone up to the room for 30 minutes to sort a few things). When we challenged this we were told Sunbeds can’t be left unattended for more than 15 minutes, we then said “so we can’t leave our beds all day?” “You can only leave for more than 15 minutes if you’re going for lunch” “How does that work? How do you know if we’re having lunch” “It’s not my problem” It seems like the hotel policy is based around how the staff are feeling that day as this hadn’t been an issue on the previous 2 days? Overall Rhodes is a lovely place however, I won’t be returning to this hotel Edit - towards the end of our stay, we spoke with Emmanuelle who deals primarily with customer experience. I must admit, he went above and beyond to improve our experience even booking us a restaurant and personally driving us there as a way of apology My partner and I were impressed with Emmanuelles professionalism, positivity and overall customer care, hopefully he can serve as an example for others going forward
