Spędziliśmy rodzinne wakacje 2+2 pod koniec kwietnia/początek maja 2022, dzieci w wieku przedszkolnym, był to nasz 3 pobyt w Egipcie, hotel i obsługa zaskoczyła nas bardzo pozytywnie, standardy Europejskie, wszędzie bardzo czysto, jedzenie i koktajle przepyszne i różnorodne, obsługa miła, pomocna, uprzyjemniająca pobyt, uśmiechnięta i wesoła, wspaniała restauracja Maya przy plaży, wieczory wzbogacone muzyką na żywo m.in. w wykonaniu bandu z Kuby, szczegolne podziękowania dla barmana Ahmeda za najlepsze koktajle pod słońcem, dla kelnerów Ibrahima (Maya) i Mohammeda (restauracja główna) za świetną obsługę i uśmiech na twarzy każdego dnia, z pewnością jeżeli wrócimy do Egiptu to nasz wybór padnie ponownie na ten hotel, dziękujemy za piekny wypoczynek

Our family favourite resort all the time. We were the first people there when it was just opened. Everyone there is beyond nice and professional… they treat each of their guests like the only one there. Since 2021 and up we have been there for our summer stay in Egypt. Our kids they call it (Home) and we will keep this place always our favourite. Everything is just so perfect that you can’t find any other resort to compete with. If you are going to Hurghada book your stay without even thinking. The beach in Ras soma is the best. Cabanas are a big plus to relax and enjoy with privacy. Simply hospitality and kindness are beyond imagination… we are looking forward to spend our vacation this upcoming July there. Already booked and ready to go…. Thank you Steigenberger ras soma . From the moment we arrived at Steigenberger Resort Ras Soma, we were made to feel right at home. We were warmly welcomed with the words “Welcome home” and handed a delicious smoothie – a small touch that really set the tone for the rest of our stay. The service throughout was fantastic. The staff were incredible across the board – from the friendly and attentive pool lifeguards to the helpful and welcoming bar and restaurant teams. Everyone was always smiling and willing to go the extra mile, which made a big difference to our overall experience. The pool and bar staff would always remember our favourite cocktails and drinks, always keeping us topped up. A special mention goes to the amazing animation team. Muhannad (Ash), Andrea, Danial, Fox and Roma were brilliant – full of energy, always engaging, and made each day fun. They all helped to create such a lively, positive atmosphere around the resort. The active pool and evening entertainment was supported by the brilliant DJ Oskar. Whether it was activities, music, or evening entertainment, the animation team were always on top form. Overall, it was a true five-star experience. The resort is beautiful, the service is top-notch, and the people really make it stand out. We’re already looking forward to coming back.

It was very nice hotel and we are second time here we are thanks to ahmed the reception manager he is very helpfull and friendly and food was amazing and sure we will be back with all family for the next year as we loved here too much and thanks to all

I’ve been a loyal guest at this hotel since it first opened, usually staying once or twice a year. It’s truly a wonderful hotel — the service is always exceptional, the staff are friendly and professional, and the rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Everything from the atmosphere to the location makes it one of my favorite vacation spots. However, during my most recent stay, I was disappointed by some new policies that impacted our experience as a family. Previously, the jacuzzi area had one section for couples and another that was more family-friendly, which worked great for us — especially when the pools were too cold for the kids. This time, I was surprised to find that children are no longer allowed in the jacuzzi at all. Unfortunately, the water in all the swimming pools was very cold, including the kids’ pool, which wasn’t adjusted until the second day. Because of this, most families ended up crowding into the small children’s pool, as it was the only one with a comfortable temperature later on. That created overcrowding and made it hard to enjoy the experience. I completely understand the importance of safety and rules, but I kindly suggest that management consider more balanced solutions that accommodate families — especially those with young children. Being unable to swim or enjoy the water together really takes away from the vacation. That said, I still highly recommend this hotel for its overall quality, cleanliness, and excellent service. I just hope the family-friendly aspects can be improved again in future visits.
