Steigenberger Golf Resort

We had such a wonderful and relaxing experience during our stay! The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming throughout. A special shoutout to Ahmed Abdullah for his warm hospitality, constant smile, and thoughtful care, he truly made our mornings feel special. The hotel is in a fantastic location and offers a wide variety of facilities and activities to enjoy. Also, a big thank you to the reception team, especially Madonna, who was incredibly helpful and made sure all our concerns were resolved promptly and professionally. Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be coming back!

The hotel has great potential ((large rooms, good location, nice pools) but it is very big and therefore employees are struggling with time and distance. The service level is not up to the very high orices.

The hotel was lovely,very clean with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The rooms were super nice, comfortable, and well-designed. The staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and always helpful. Toward the end of our stay, a large group arrived which made things a bit crowded and less relaxing, but overall, our experience was truly exceptional.

Very bad experience …poor hospitality…hardly any food selection …very uncomfortable stay .. ..not anything close to steignberger branches or a 5 star hotel ..similar to a public beach according to guest level ( noisy ..crowded…inappropriate language)

The best staff, facilities and continuously renovated hotel makes it the best hotel in el gouna and the ultimate family vacation experience.
