Avala Resort & Villas

We had a very relaxing week staying over Easter. Loved that the hotel is so close to the old town and the marina for boat trips. All of the staff were very friendly. Our rooms were on the 6th floor with balconies that overlooked the sea, beach and the old town. The food was varied and tasty and the kitchen and restaurant staff ensured that our food allergies (Coealiac's) were catered for. Thank you so much for being so kind and helpful. The spa area is spacious and relaxing with lovely views of the sea from the indoor pool. Montenegro is beautiful and some of our favourite places to visit were Sveti Stefan and Petrovac.

we had a LUXURY SUITE booked with AGODA. When we arrive at hotel , the guy at front office told us that we have a double room sea side , not the luxury suite sea side. We show them our reservation and he told us that AGODA is fraudulent, you but on their website a better room instead they reserve at hotel a inferior room for you. We ask for an upgrade (because is not our fault as costumers)but the hotel management wouldn't wanna hear about it.(the lady reservation manager was not helping at all).We where at 4th time in their hotel, and it was first time when we've book with AGODA. They didn't care that before we where many times there and we had Luxury suite before, they sad to contact agoda. We contact them and they offer a 83 eur discount for our trouble.... i mention , the diference between a double room and luxury suite is about 350 eur/night diference, and we had 4 nights. So 83 eur discount is nothing compared with the scheme that agoda pulled. So beware booking this hotel with AGODA!!! We had also booking for JUNE (this year), 2 luxury suite for me and my parents in law, also made with AGODA for 6 nights (also LUXURY SUITE) and when we ask at reception what kind of room we have in their sistem , they told us that is two double room city view!!!! So is not some error... you booke on AGODA website a good room and you recive the basic room they have in hotel. BEWARE

Love the old town , the hotel is on the beach you have your privet beach , you can walk all around the old town which is lovely , and enjoy the fresh fish . The hotel is clean , but there was some construction at the lobby,the like the breakfast too . The staff speaks English that was very helpful
