Ha solo una nota positiva: la posizione. A due passi dalle maggiori attrazioni e dal centro. Siamo arrivati e ci hanno dato una stanza con il lavandino del bagno crepato, pericoloso perché puoi tagliarti, sporca e fredda. Abbiamo chiesto un’altra coperta … mai arrivata. Il giorno successivo abbiamo avuto la fortuna di trovare Gonzalo alla reception che ci ha subito cambiato camera. Asciugamani imbarazzanti piccoli, difficile avvolgersi dopo una doccia. Kit di benvenuto inesistente. Bollitore con due bustine di tea. Niente acqua nel figobar. Lenzuola mai cambiate. Avevamo la colazione inclusa. La peggiore della mia vita. Man mano i giorni passavano e più il buffet diventava sempre più povero. Mai più. Se non avete particolari esigenze la posizione è ottima ma solo quello e per quello che l’abbiamo pagato non è sufficiente. 4 stelle???? In Austria saranno diverse da quelle italiane.

מלון נהדר במיקום מרכזי לאתרי התיירות וציר התחבורה הציבורית. חדר גדול ונקי עם ערכת קפה בחדר. צוות בדלפק חביב ומסביר פנים. מתאים במיוחד לימי החגים והשווקים של חג המולד שנמצאים ממש ברחובות הקטנים סביב המלון או הליכה לשוק הגדול יותר שנמצא רק דקות בודדות של הליכה לעבר כיכר בית העיריה.

Très bien situé, à 10 minutes à pied des musées et du marché de Noël. Reservation faite en ligne depuis leur site. Quand nous sommes arrivés, aucune des options que nous avions prises (petit dejeuner et depart tardif) n'étaient enregistrées de leur côté. Attention à ce détail qui a été corrigé à l accueil, à l arrivée. Personnel réactif et petit déjeuner pratique étant donné le peu de cafés à proximité

Liked • The room was clean and very quiet and the beds comfortable, not too hard. The staff was accommodating and helpful. The location was great, walkable to most sights and the city center. It was a very pleasant stay overall. Disliked • Breakfast was the same every day (only the pastries changed) and didn't have enough variety. For example, there was no fish, hummus, salads, dips, pancakes, boiled eggs, fried eggs, or any fried potatoes or hash browns on the buffet. The fruit was unripe/hard every day (melon and kiwis). The coffee machine on the right side delivers only lukewarm coffee. I mentioned it every day, but nothing was done about it. The room was exceptionally small for 2 people, about 16 sqm. We received a partial refund as they didn't have the room category we had booked.

Perfect place to base out of for a visit to Vienna! Very close to museums, great small boutique shopping and interesting, independently owned cafes. Easy to use Ubahn station very close by that can take you anywhere in the City. The staff was very friendly and accommodating! Our room was large and simply furnished, perfect for what we were looking for. Breakfast was very well stocked with plenty of wait staff to help navigate the buffet. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a nice place to stay that is off the beaten path.
