Bardzo pomocny i przyjazny personel. Ładny, czysty i przestronny pokój. Bardzo wygodne. Poszliśmy do Gargellen z dwójką dzieci na ferie zimowe. Tej miejscowości był niesamowity. Mały przyjazny, w pobliżu domku. Nie przepełniony w styczniu

Podobał mi się nasz pobyt w Silvretta, personel jest bardzo przyjazny i gościnny! Pokoje są w porządku, a śniadanie jest dobre! Kolacja była w porządku, ale nie "super". . Jest to łatwy spacer do windy i w dobrej lokalizacji. .

We spent 5 nights in the Hotel Silvretta in Gargellen recently. The hotel has apparently just reopened after being closed for 2 years. It is well located about 10 mins walk from the gondola station and has nice views of the valley and mountains. The real stars of the hotel were the staff who were so obliging and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they were very responsive. The hotel was spotless throughout. The hotel itself is clearly still getting back on its feet - the swimming pool has not reopened yet (and in fairness was not advertised as being open) and some of the public areas could do with some softening and character. For example the lighting in the new part of the restaurant was horribly bright and could not be toned down. The food is one area where the hotel needs to improve. The breakfast was generally fine but the food at dinner was very average and would not take much to get it right - with a small bit of effort and imagination it could be excellent. Gargellen is a great place to visit. An uncrowded but well run resort with great facilities and friendly people. The ski hire facility at the gondola station is great - in particular the depot for leaving boots and skis.
