- Guests are responsible for correctly entering their first name, last name and selecting the appropriate ticket category at the time of purchase. The personal details must match exactly those shown on the identity document that will be presented in original form at the Colosseum Archaeological Park. In case of errors made by the customer during the booking process, the tour operator cannot be held responsible for access denied by the competent authorities, and no refund will be issued
- Access to the Colosseum costs €18 (already included in the tour price). No presale fee is charged to customers. The remaining cost of the experience covers additional services as per the product's description.
- All visitors must comply with the official Colosseum visitor regulations, which can be found on the official Colosseum website > Tickets > Regulation for visitors and terms and conditions for the purchase of admission tickets to the Archaeological Park of the Colosseum. Failure to follow these regulations may result in denied access
- No pre-sale fees are charged to the customers
- Please note that the time selected during booking refers to the first attraction: the area of the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill. Access to the Colosseum will be approximately 2 hours after that time
- The Vatican Museums reserve the right to close any section, including the Sistine Chapel, due to unforeseen circumstances. Closure of museum sections does not entitle visitors to any refund
- The Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel are closed on Sundays. Please note: if you book your experience for a Sunday, the Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel can be visited on Monday
- Transportation to/from Fiumicino and Ciampino airports isn't included in the unlimited public transport card (metro, bus, and tram). The public transport card is valid only for the city of Rome

- All participants must present a valid original ID. Photos, copies, or photocopies are not accepted. Guests who fail to present the original document will be denied entry without a refund
