The feeling of being at one with nature when you swim with dolphins is unbeatable and this exclusive half-day dolphin experience offers that and so much more. You'll have the chance to meet, interact with, and learn all about these highly intelligent creatures, including cool encounters like the dolphin hug, feeling the dolphin's heartbeat and hearing its sonar. The dolphin connection program lasts around 50 minutes, and you'll wrap up your experience with a group deep-water activity where the dolphins swim freely around you.

  • Kids between 1.20 metres and 1.39 metres need to be with an adult during dolphin interactions
  • Infants aged one to five can join for free, as long as they're with a paying adult
  • Children are ages six to 12; anyone 13 and up counts as an adult
  • Suncream and tanning products aren't allowed during the dolphin programs
  • Please remove any jewelry or loose accessories before the program
  • Electronic devices aren't allowed during the dolphin experience
  • A state tax (ISEPAAA) of MX$50 per person (ages six plus) must be paid at check-in, as required by Article 60 of the Q. Roo Law
  • This offer adheres to our rigorous animal welfare standards related to cetaceans, which have been developed in collaboration with independent animal welfare scientists. These criteria are continually updated based on the latest scientific research and international standards. They focus on enhancing cetacean wellbeing by promoting natural and social behaviours, ensuring specialised veterinary care, encouraging the animals' autonomy within their environment, and supporting education and conservation efforts.The standards strictly prohibit breeding for commercial purposes, the use of behavioural drugs, the capture of wild cetaceans and food deprivation techniques, among other measures
