- Please leave your phone number and your hotel/flight information at checkout. The local operator will contact you one day before your transfer to confirm travel details
- For airport pick-ups: the driver will wait up to 120 minutes after your flight lands
- For hotel pick-ups: the driver will wait up to 30 minutes at the hotel lobby
- Please note that drivers wait in the car park and may need to queue to enter/exit, which typically takes 10–15 minutes
- Drivers speak Chinese and English
- All tolls, fuel, and parking fees are included in the service
