- Winter season (from November to March): tour in English only every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday at 2.30pm
- Summer season: (from April to October) tour in English only every day at 2.30 pm; tour in Spanish - Tuesday and Friday at 3.30 pm, tour in German - Wednseday and Saturday at 3.30 pm; tour in Portuguese - Thursday at 3.30 pm; tour in French - Sunday at 3.30 pm, tour in Italian - Monday at 3.30 pm
