You'll visit a goat farm to see majorero cheese being made and taste some local treats. Learn how the curdled milk is pressed with palm leaves and rubbed with paprika or gofio. Next, ride off-road trails to quiet villages such as La Corte and Valle Santa Ines on the way to the west coast.
