This guided walking tour of the city, which ticks off Boppard's main sightseeing highlights, comes with a wine-themed twist. You'll be accompanied by a ‘wine queen', who's in charge of a wagon filled with local German wines. As you explore the city and learn about its history, culture and architecture, your glass will stay topped up with a variety of different wines, which you can sample as you go. The walking-and-wine tour lasts an hour. At the end, you'll stop in at a German guest house, gather around a cosy fireplace, and munch on local cheeses for an extra taste of the region. The whole experience lasts just over two hours in total and includes six wine samples, as well as the nibbles at the end.
