We recently spent our holiday at this hotel for the second time and once again we were impressed in every way. The overall atmosphere is calm and relaxing, making it the ideal place to unwind. The setting is very peaceful, and everything about the property feels well cared for. The cleanliness throughout the hotel is excellent. Rooms are spotless and well maintained, and the communal areas are always tidy and inviting. The pool areas are a particular highlight – beautifully presented, with plenty of space to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Dining here was consistently of a very high standard. The food is varied, fresh, and extremely well prepared, with each meal being a real highlight of the day. It is some of the best food we have had in a hotel, both in terms of quality and presentation. The service is where this hotel truly excels. All staff members are polite, attentive, and genuinely committed to ensuring guests have an enjoyable stay. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. A special mention should go to Mark, Daniel, Carlos, Will and Jan, who each provided outstanding service and made us feel very well looked after. Their professionalism and friendliness added a personal touch that we greatly appreciated. Nothing was ever too much. Overall, this hotel combines excellent facilities, high standards of cleanliness, outstanding food, and first-class service. It provides everything you could hope for in a relaxing holiday. We would not hesitate to recommend it and look forward to returning next summer. From room 128

This beautiful hotel is the ultimate in relaxation. The service is incredible, couldn’t fault it at all. And we had amazing food all week. The hotel is advertised as a family hotel but it is quiet so I think it is more suited to adults only. We would love to return!

We stayed there for 4 nights spending just under Euro 5,000 from August 21st to 25th. We came back from the beach late on the first day (a Thursday) and needed to shower quickly before dinner. There was no hot water in our suite. My wife called reception after her shower (as I was in the shower) and they apologised and suggested we shower in the Spa …. A junior manager came to our room as we were leaving for dinner and apologised and explained that our room and three adjacent rooms were affected, that he could not guarantee it would be fixed and the hotel was full and he could not move us. He offered us a meal and we explained that we had booked out every lunch and dinner and that he had no authority to offer more than that. We explained that this was completely unacceptable for a 5 star hotel, that you can’t charge us for a 5 star room hotel suite and not provide a basic like hot water (!!) and that they should offer a refund on the room - he told us that the hotel director was away but would be back for our check out on Monday morning and he would pick this up with us then. To our relief, the water was fixed by noon the second day. The hotel manager refused to offer a discount at check out and tied any discount to a further stay. This is how not to run a hotel. The client (us) feels cheated and taken advantage of on the first day and this feeling permeates the stay. You worry as you have been told they might not be able to fix the problem and they can’t change your room. You have paid a 5 star price and you get a zero star experience. Cold showers, worry and an inadequate, mealy-mouthed and protracted/delayed response from hotel management that ruined our stay. They should have offered a full or substantial refund on the first day so that the client felt fairly treated and could go on to enjoy their stay. 5 star hotel experience ? You have got to be kidding me. This was a terrible and experience and an unacceptable and exploitative response from the hotel manager.
