AluaSun Torrenova

Great hotel, with staff that went out of their way to ensure everything was to a great standard. The rooms were kept to a high level of cleanliness and the rest of the hotel was the same. The pool had a chilled vibe with good facilities. All staff were exceptionally polite and helpful.

We have just arrived home from a week at Aluasun Torrenova and it’s the best holiday we’ve had to date. Every single staff member here are helpful and friendly, Jose at reception was super helpful throughout our stay along with Isa and Sara and the rest of the reception team. The entertainment day and night is great for both adults and children, my kids loved Sally and Andreas they really put every effort in to making all the kids happy. All bar staff are really courteous and friendly and cleaning and maintenance staff too. Food here is incredible, if you name it they served it.. there is something different every day and always fresh hot and tasty. The restaurant is big and always had lots of tables available, no waiting, I’d say this is because the cleaning staff are constantly emptying/cleaning used tables ready for more guests. There is a huge selection of foods for both adults and kids and there is even a low buffet section just for children, plenty of juices and hot drinks and wine and beer at lunch and dinner. The overall hotel and rooms are very clean and modern, we upgraded when we arrived to the suite and it was huge, lovely balcony with table and chairs facing the pool and had sun all day until sunset. The location is perfect, there are shops/supermarkets just down the road and the beach/restaurants/souvenir shops are about a 5 minute walk away down a small hill. You have Palma nova beach and Magaluf right on the doorstep. I honestly cannot fault this hotel at all, we’ve been on many family holidays and this is by far the best we’ve been on, so much so that even before we left we’ve booked our next holiday here, we cannot wait to return. Every single member of staff here are incredible, but Jose, Sally and Andreas you need an extra thank you! See you all soon 😁

Booked this as a last minute spontaneous holiday with my family, and so so glad we did. This hotel is so family friendly, lots for the kids to do and all the staff go above and beyond to make the Children’s day. Sally especially (entertainment) is so lovely and welcoming and always makes the time to say hello, she is excellent at her job and so friendly. The food was always tasty and a great selection, with a separate kids buffet. There is a snack bar outside by the main pool throughout the day as well. Only downside to the trip was the all inclusive doesn’t include alcohol, except 3 beers / wine at lunch and 3 again at dinner, but this didn’t affect us too much as we don’t really drink and when we did the drinks were super cheap to buy anyway. The rooms were very modern and always clean, the cleaners are lovely too and made my sons day always leaving his cars lined up on his bed when they cleaned our room, and always stopping to say hello when we passed them. We went late April and the weather was beautiful, pools slightly cold when you first get in but soon warm up. The local area is lovely with a beautiful beach just a 5 minute walk away, and lots of shops to explore, however it is slightly up hill so we would walk there but get a taxi back. Overall we have been so happy with our holiday to aluasun torrenova and would happily return, and very highly recommend it!
