Hotel bardzo mnie rozczarował, zwłaszcza że miałem już pozytywne doświadczenia z tej sieci na Majorce. Początkowe wrażenie było całkiem dobre – recepcja była schludna, z ładnym widokiem i wrażeniem czystości. Niestety, mimo zakupu pokoju z opcją MyFavorite Club, trafiłem do starego, zaniedbanego wnętrza, które wymagało pilnego remontu. W łazience na ścianie była widoczna pleśń, a w całym pomieszczeniu wyraźnie można było wyczuć ślady zużycia, szczególnie w postaci zabrudzonych fug na podłodze. Do tego jeden z szlafroków był brudny, w tym z widocznymi plamami krwi, a firanka – pożółkła, sprawiająca wrażenie dawno niepranej. Widok z tarasu był w porządku, ale niestety wieczorami i rano towarzyszył mu okropny zapach kanalizacji, który mocno psuł atmosferę. Obsługa sprzątająca działała standardowo – pokoje były sprzątane jak w każdym innym hotelu, bez większych uwag. Baseny okazały się zimne, a animacje przy basenie – tragiczne i skierowane wyłącznie do francuskich gości. Animatorzy zdawali się rozmawiać wyłącznie z Francuzami, jakby reszta gości nie istniała. Jedzenie było bardzo słabe. Śniadania wypadły najlepiej, ale reszta posiłków była poniżej oczekiwań – mięsa były twarde, wybór dań niewielki, brakowało lokalnych specjałów, a desery były naprawdę kiepskie. Raz nawet podano ciasto z zakalcem. Strefa dla gości klubu w restauracji nie oferowała widoku na ocean, kanapy były brudne, a serwis w restauracji prawie nie istniał – brudne talerze zalegały, nikt ich nie sprzątał. To pierwszy raz, kiedy w formule all-inclusive miałem trudności, aby znaleźć coś smacznego do zjedzenia. Klubowy taras to jeden z niewielu plusów – oferował dobry alkohol i napoje w butelkach, a leżaki były wygodne. Jednak położenie tarasu obok basenu dla dzieci odbierało spokój i utrudniało odpoczynek. Wieczorne animacje to totalna porażka – brak muzyki na żywo, zabawy jak dla dzieci, a animatorzy znów skupiali się głównie na francuskich gościach, ignorując resztę. Bar był na szczęście na poziomie – mili barmani i dobry alkohol, co stanowiło pewne urozmaicenie pobytu. Obsługa w recepcji była różna – w większości pomocna, choć na początku trafiłem na nieprzyjemnego pracownika, który z niechęcią tłumaczył mi drogę do pokoju. Okolica hotelu była bardzo przyjemna i spokojna, sprzyjała spacerom nad oceanem, gdzie panowała cisza i spokój. Mimo to, moje ogólne wrażenia są bardzo negatywne – zdecydowanie nie wrócę do tego hotelu.

I was very disappointed with this hotel, especially since I previously had a positive experience with this chain in Mallorca. The initial impression was quite good – the reception area was clean, had a nice view, and seemed well-kept. However, despite booking a MyFavorite Club room, I was given an old, neglected room in need of renovation. There was mold on the bathroom wall, and the entire bathroom showed clear signs of wear, with partially dirty grout on the floor. Additionally, one of the bathrobes was dirty, with visible blood stains, and a yellowed curtain looked as if it hadn’t been washed in ages.
The view from the terrace was decent, but unfortunately, there was an awful sewage smell in the evenings and mornings, which really spoiled the atmosphere. Housekeeping services were standard – the room was cleaned daily, as you would expect in any hotel. The pools were cold, and the poolside activities were terrible, seemingly aimed only at French guests. The animators spoke almost exclusively with French guests, as if the rest of us didn’t exist.
The food was very disappointing. Breakfast was the best meal of the day, but the rest was far below expectations – the meat was tough, the variety of dishes was limited, there were few regional dishes, and the desserts were really poor. At one point, they even served a cake that was underbaked. The club guest section in the restaurant had no ocean view, the sofas were dirty, and there was almost no service – dirty plates were left on the tables, and no one came to clear them. This was the first all-inclusive experience where I struggled to find something I enjoyed eating.
The club terrace was one of the few positives, offering good-quality alcohol and bottled drinks, and the loungers were comfortable. However, the terrace’s location next to the children’s pool made it difficult to relax and find peace. The evening entertainment was a complete letdown – there was no live music, the activities were childish, and once again, the animators focused almost entirely on French guests, leaving others out.
The bar, however, was well-managed, with friendly bartenders and good-quality drinks, which added a bit of variety to the experience. The reception staff were mixed – mostly helpful, though one staff member at the beginning was not very friendly and seemed annoyed about having to explain how to get to the rooms.
The hotel’s surroundings were very pleasant and peaceful, ideal for walks along the ocean, where it was quiet and calm. Overall, however, I left very disappointed and will definitely not be returning to this hotel.
