What a joke told we could have late check out and for a price of £130 said that’s fine can we pay now told come back later so we did and then told that we cannot have late check out by another person customer service is a joke everything else was lovely but they really need to think about telling customers to come back if they can not do what they said they can do.

Hello, we are fresh from our weeks holiday at the Liberty Signa. We travelled as a family of four and we have an 8yr old who is anaphylactic to egg, milk, nuts and sesame. I write this review for two reasons, firstly to recognise the experience and professionalism of the two chefs who supported us and secondly, to share our experience with other people who live with life threatening allergies and for whom travel is an anxious time. We have visited Liberty Fabaye three times already and opted to give the Signa a try this time around. Whilst we took a number of different snacks and food types for our son, the catering and focus of Chefs Ozkhan and Serif has been second to none. Their communication is excellent, their understanding of allergen control is incredible and their whole demeanour and desire to support was second to none. This has been the best experience I have had whilst travelling abroad with our little across all the holidays we have been on and they are a credit to the Signa management team. The meals that were cooked for our son were delicious, extremely fresh and very tasty. We had a variety of dishes including baked fish, chips, vegetables, spaghetti bolognese, vegan pizza and baked potatoes with a variety of toppings including vegan cheese (which actually tasted a little better than the uk stuff). Breakfast was no issue either with a selection of options being made available to us. All in all, a very comforting experience for us as parents and our son are like a king. What an amazing hotel, we really enjoyed our week and wanted to stay much longer. So relaxed and considers everybody- in evening for instance broad family entertainment then over 18s in to the night DJ and bar fun. During the day there are ents staff who are good fun, Osman and his fun darts competition was a good laugh, he is great with people. Food is incredible. Pool is excellent and the swim up bar for grown ups is a must. All staff friendly. Great week away, thanks Signa

We spent our honeymoon at this hotel and overall had a lovely experience. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade, along with a thoughtful welcome including fresh flowers, high-quality chocolates, and champagne — a wonderful gesture that made us feel special from the start. Facilities & Beach: The hotel facilities were adequate. The sea was clean and perfect for swimming, and we particularly appreciated the adults-only beach area. It was peaceful, well-monitored by private security, and made us feel very safe leaving our belongings unattended. We also liked the aqua park. Food: The variety of food options stood out — plentiful and mostly delicious, although some popular items tended to run out quickly. We enjoyed the à la carte restaurants, especially the fish restaurant which was a highlight. The Turkish restaurant was also satisfying, offering authentic flavors. Timeless Restaurant was fine for breakfast, while the adults-only restaurant for lunch didn’t leave much of an impression. On the other hand, the patisserie and fresh juice bar were delightful and worth visiting. Activities: The night entertainment programs were enjoyable and lively. My wife also appreciated the morning yoga sessions. The spa staff were professional and respectful, with no pushy sales tactics, unlike other resorts we’ve been to. Checkout: Another plus was the attention we received at check-out: we were driven with our luggage by buggy to the shuttle stop, which was a very considerate final touch. Areas for Improvement: The biggest area needing improvement is staff behavior. While it’s clear they’ve received training, many seemed unmotivated or disengaged. Smiles were rare, and we even witnessed a few minor arguments between staff. At check-in, our luggage was forgotten and we had to wait half an hour before being told to identify it by ourselves. We also encountered issues with a few forgotten orders and lackluster room service — for example, the champagne setup stayed untouched in our room for two days. I had to explicitly ask for the floors and bathroom to be cleaned, which should not happen in a 5-star establishment. Another minor issue was the aqua park: on some days, there weren’t enough boats (especially double ones), which led to guests chasing after each other to grab one. Additionally, guest relations did not follow up with us during our stay as promised. We expected a simple check-in to see how we were doing, but it never came. As a native Turkish guest, I also felt that international visitors were given more attention, which left me feeling a bit sidelined. Lastly, the hotel's mobile app has some bugs. For example, the maps of the restaurants don't work properly, and it's a bit complicated to access the 'Today at Liberty Signa' page. Summary: Despite these shortcomings, we had a memorable and mostly enjoyable stay. We would consider returning — especially if improvements are made in staff attentiveness, guest communication, and service consistency. With a bit more polish, this hotel has the potential to deliver a truly exceptional experience.
