Absolutely Fantastic experience. This is the perfect couples retreat, booked into club rooms which are essential. Fantastic quality breakfasts, great rooms and above all the staff really make it a VIP experience. A very special mention to Laura the manager of the Beach Club who made us feel at home and special everyday, it's a brilliant relaxing club with vibes. Overall if you want a relaxing couples 5 star experience in a lovely part of Ibiza , Just book it..

We were very excited to visit Ibiza for the first time and chose to stay at a Curio resort for the first time as we got married last month, we are still here now 28Jun-4Jul, and we are having a nice time but this is definitely short of 5 star and needs improving moving forward. Pre-arrival: My husband let the hotel know that this was our honeymoon, and they sent some "celebration packages" through which were extravagant and unnecessary, we never received the half board options he asked for (which we did not need in the end as the restaurants at the beach nearby are great), requested no alcohol in the welcome amenities, and to address us as Mr & Mrs to acknowledge our first honeymoon. No acknowledgement, no welcome, no special arrival at check in nor in the room. Arrival: We arrived at the main lobby but we were then checked into the North Wing/Resort, so we had to be driven in the hotel car up the hill to check into the actual room. We arrived in the evening, so it was a bit tiring, but we did request a quiet room, so unsure if we were moved here or because our rate, but this faces the beach/ocean view which is further from the main resort and noise. Room: One of the smallest rooms of the resort, the bathroom has a big shower space but the rest of the space is tight. It has a Nespresso machine which is nice and an outdoor balcony with 2 chairs + 1 table facing the beach/sea. One major complaint about the room is the water pressure of both the rain shower and the hand held shower, it is a challenge each night to get hot enough water and strong enough water pressure. We have not told them whilst we are still here because we have fully unpacked and do not want to move, but be sure to avoid this room. Breakfast: At Paseo rooftop has breathtaking views, but limited hot food options, coffee machine broke down on the first day and it took over an hour queueing for coffees this past Sunday! The new Beach Club: is charged at a minimum spend but the pool is small and the area is just next to the main pool and beach, so we enjoyed the main beach and our Dagar pool instead. Activities: Never attended the activities, the 0930 class does not leave much time for breakfast after, and have not noticed any evening activities since we have been here. Gym: Great equipment in both buildings, main wing has a full outdoor gym with pull up bars and battle ropes too. North wing has semi open bikes and complete indoor work out area. Both great and my husband approves since he does Hyrox training. Oh, interesting concept of a towel card and 1 towel per person policy.

Nice decor. Clean modern rooms with good sound proofing . Quiet and relaxing. Lovely location. Fantastic quality cocktails and the food we did have was very good! Service hit and miss but we mainly found it to be good. Breakfast was very disappointing for a 5 star. The hot options were limited and not what I would expect from a 5 star especially for how much a room is per night.
