New Beach Hotel

Nice location the beach and some really lovely restaurants, it is a 20 min walk to the main busy Tsivili Strip, if that's your thing, however, we didn't feel the need to go further than our surrounding area, it has everything you need right on your doorstep, nice seafront restaurants. The grounds around the pool area looked quite unkept and messy, the room we had, had a lightbulb hanging out of the ceiling for entire stay, the Air Con literally dropped a whole lot of Water onto the floor one day, the Kavilo Bar literally opposite has tribute bands on most nights which can be loud, BUT stops at Midnight.. then peace :), we did ask for a quiet/ground floor room but we didn't get one, however, next to this hotel is a large all inclusive hotel and we noticed a few of their guests had managed to get rooms here (ground floor) in this complex, and would bring in their all inclusive drinks and food. I really think the Management need to address this, as we paid a higher rate on a B&B basis for this hotel, but yet the all inclusive people staying there, reaped it's rewards. It was annoying for ourselves and most of the guests who realised what was happening and for that reason we will not be returning.

Excellent location staff good rooms adequate shame all inclusive guests next door take over at times in pool areas,we pay more for the hotel only for the all inclusive guests to enjoy. Issue with security box in wardrobe not fixed to anything you can just walk away with it , 10 out of 10 for the location, grounds need more attention but overall an OK stay.

Just got back from a week at the New Beach Hotel and overall, we had a great stay! No complaints at all. We’d requested a quiet, sea view room via email before arriving and were given exactly that – Room 217. The location is spot on, with plenty to do nearby. We loved the bars and restaurants around the hotel, and it’s only a short walk to the livelier part of town if you’re after that. The hotel itself has more of a small, boutique vibe – the reception is tiny and there aren’t any air-conditioned spaces apart from the hotel rooms themselves. Option to have breakfast at the all-inclusive hotel next door to was included, which we made use off on a few days as more choice – and their dining area was air-conditioned. Only minor suggestions: the breakfast seating could be a bit comfier, and the sun loungers could do with an upgrade, bar and snack bar/kitchen to be next to each other – but honestly, it didn’t take away from the experience. The snack bar at the hotel was great – prices were reasonable (€3 for a ham & cheese toastie with fries!) and the salads and pasta were lovely. Service was a bit on the slow side, but worth the wait. All in all, a really enjoyable stay – we’d definitely come back!

We are a family of four, two adults and two kids (13 & 10). We have just spent a very happy ten days at the New Beach Hotel. Hidden behind a wooden gate, the hotel is an oasis of calm. Everything is spotlessly clean and we received a very warm welcome and a cold glass of fizz from Vlad who, along with his colleague Christiana (hope spelt correctly!) could not have done more for us throughout our stay. The breakfast was wonderful, set in the peaceful garden and with plenty of choice of fresh fruit, yoghurt, pastries and a cooked menu to order. We also ordered from the snack bar once and found the food to be tasty and reasonably priced. The hotel is brilliantly located at the quieter end of town and right by the beach. There are good restaurants within metres of the hotel and we also found the discount at the Abracatabra beach club to be really worthwhile. The kids also loved the Tsilivi water park which is also discounted for guests and is less than 10 mins walk away. The bigger Water Village on the island is also worth a visit. It’s a real bonus that the hotel offers towels for the pool and beach so no need to pack your own. Only one thing by way of feedback would be to have more information about the local area and attractions and excursions. Our Jet 2 rep was non existent and while we found travel companies locally to book trips, a little local knowledge is always appreciated. Overall though we would definitely recommend the hotel, we had a wonderful stay!

Just returned from a lovely week staying at New Beach Hotel. My friend and I were very impressed with the hotel as it is beautiful, modern, very clean & the staff are fantastic! Main shout out to Vlad who was a diamond throughout our stay and even arranged a birthday surprise for my friend. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would return in a heartbeat. The breakfast & food was also very good, couldn't get enough of the Greek salads & vegetarian sandwiches from the snack bar (think we had one most days).
