Hey what a start to our holiday, met the amazing Jim, cannot do enough for us, he will be the next hotel manager here, his genuine duty of care and positively brightening the guest experience is a game changer. We will be back Jim as you have totally made our holiday!

Stayed here for two weeks in the middle of May. Couldn’t have been happier with the hotel. Very clean throughout , good range of food on offer In the buffet and I also liked the option of meals in the restaurants at lunch . We went to the Greek restaurant and it was some of the best food I have ever had. Never had an issue getting sunbeds but we stuck to the beach and the adults only area . Drinks are a good standard and a very wide range available. What I was most impressed with here however was the bar staff x excellent service provided and good converstions x would like to give a special shout out to christos and Katrina !!

There are many positives about this resort! -Firstly the hotel property is beautiful, stunning location and gorgeous grounds. - Most of the staff are so incredibly friendly, smiley and do their best to help. Emilia who checked us in was so helpful and warm. Though we arrived at 11:30 and wasn’t in our room till 2 :/ - The heated pool is amazing!! So nice to swim in especially for the young kids (mine is learning to swim) and it makes being in there much more pleasurable. - Decent selection of premium drinks though no lychee syrup annoyingly - Housekeeping is lovely, the rooms are clean and well presented. Perhaps a bit outdated but that’s personal opinion. -Decent plentiful breakfast Now we are very fortunate to have stayed in our fair share of 5 star resorts and based on these experiences I feel this is where this hotel is falling short. Plus we spent a fair bit on this hotel so wasn’t cheap! - Pool snacks are horrendous (pizza is tasteless crap I would expect to find in a canteen) the nachos and non descriptive and just boring and basically that’s it. I’m sorry but this is shocking. - No fresh smoothies or juice on the whole complex??? My husband is a professional football player so has to watch what he consumes and had asked for a smoothie of fresh juice but everything is just syrup or sugar. No freshly cut fruit around the pool either? Not good enough in my opinion. - Another huge annoyance is there are no ice lollies for children. My son can not eat ice cream due to dairy intolerance and id rather not give him the crap inside the slush puppies this hotel has to offer. Isn’t it standard to have ice lollies especially in this heat? Again not 5* standard. - Impossible to book a slot for the a la carte restaurants let alone a decent time. This needs improving. Or more options need to be made available for the amount of guests on the complex. - Entertainment is non existent. Everything seems disjointed in the complex and it’s a bit soulless if I’m honest which is a shame because I feel there’s a lot of potential. So far this is not our best holiday but not our worst. Wouldn’t recommend to our network as we have done in the past but wouldn’t put people off coming either! Tip: take strong mosquito repellent there’s tonnes!

Perfect! Can’t fault it. Only minor issues is sunbeds availability- people seem to just rush to these to secure at 7 am.. I have mentioned this to a hotel to change this as this wasn’t relaxing at all. Otherwise fantastic hotel - if you thinking of booking it - definitely do it !

Since Hyatt took over 2023 the resort has vastly improved, and has improved since we visited in May 23, The staff are fantastic, which must be hard to achieve when it's only open 6 months of the year. The food is great during the day but the Speciality restaurants are a let down !! The Italian doesn't serve fresh pasta. The Greek offers chips as a Mediterranean offering and the choices in the grill are poor, and the menu doesn't change! They need to offer some specials at a surcharge- they offer nicer wine at a surcharge (and it is a surcharge!)
