Hilton Marsa Alam Nubian Resort

Two times at this resort. The hotel is well maintained, clean, a little older but beautifully decorated. The gardens are particularly blooming in spring and add to the hotel's atmosphere. The food is absolutely amazing, delicious in taste, maybe less choice for some, but for us absolutely above standard. As for the staff, they are unbeatably helpful, friendly, caring, smiling... it makes us feel welcome and at home in the hotel. And that goes for all the staff. Special thanks to Ahmed Ali, Ahmed Gad Elrab, Ismail Saber, Amr Ismail, Khaled Medhat... the waiters in the main restaurant, and the main pool, the lifeguards at the main pool. We come to this hotel because of the nice attitude to guests and definitely because of the snorkeling. On the beach you can use both sides of the coral cove every day, even in windy weather, and every day you will come across turtles. And those who venture further might be lucky enough to see a dugong. I definitely recommend it!

Hotel wciąż piękny z dobrą kuchnią i obsługą. Szkoda tylko, że jako stali goście (4 pobyt) zostaliśmy potraktowani gorzej niż osoby będące tam 1x.Dostaliśmy pokój na obrzeżach resortu tuż obok trwającej budowy z małym, zakurzonym tarasem. Potem udało nam się go wymienić ale niesmak pozostał. Ostatecznie pobyt był udany, ale czy przyjedziemy tam po raz 5? Nie wiem.

Letzte Woche durfte ich erne Letzte Woche durfte ich erneut meinen Tauchurlaub im Hilton Nubian Resort in Abu Dabbab verbringen und wie schon bei früheren Aufenthalten habe ich mich rundum wohlgefühlt. Was diesen Urlaub wieder zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht hat, sind die Menschen vor Ort. Das gesamte Team ist einfach grandios! Man spürt überall das hohe Engagement, die Herzlichkeit und den Spaß mit dem hier gearbeitet wird. Viele lustige und schöne Momente haben meinen Aufenthalt bereichert. Ein besonderes Lob geht an Küchenchef Amr Ismail und sein Team, die jeden Tag mit einem abwechslungsreichen und qualitativ hochwertigen Essensangebot überzeugt haben. Es ist beeindruckend wie präsent der Küchenchef ist, er nimmt sich Zeit für Qualitätskontrollen und sorgt dafür, dass alles perfekt ist. Auch das Abendprogramm an der Bar war ein Highlight. Mohamed Safaga versteht es, die Gäste zu unterhalten und für gute Stimmung zu sorgen. Bars Manager Hani Saad war auch immer aktiv dabei. Ein weiteres großes Dankeschön gilt Mostafa Shaaba vom Housekeeping. Seine täglichen Handtuchkunstwerke waren eine liebevolle Geste, die mich jedes Mal aufs Neue überrascht und erfreut hat. An das gesamte Hilton Team: Ein riesiges Dankeschön! Ihr habt meinen Aufenthalt erneut zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis gemacht. Ich freue mich schon jetzt auf das nächste Mal.
