lost for words tbh. Great place . needs some pot pants etc . in the vast public areas to stop the hospital looking atmosphere, and create a friendly ambience . The biggest issue is MANAGEMENT . there is none . So Housekeeping . Food and Bevs . Bar - etc have absolutely no structure or idea of their roles and how to administer them Housekeeping being TOP priority . (not that rooms were unclean) it was if cleaners remembered to come at all. If housekeeping supervisor.manager checked each room had Hangers - a Kettle - cups a spoon the list was endless . Full praise to young Mario who has absolutely held that place together in its first opening week. and hes just the Bell Boy ! 10/10 for him . 8/10 for bar staff - 5/10 for waiters (no training at all ) 0/10 for any management, Can see why the Tui rep never dared show her face . The whole place was like a fawlty towers experience, BUT . had the best funniest time with others there . guessing what will go wrong next. All in all was a great week . made enjoyable by the laughs about the hotel and its basic issues with all the other guests ...

Lovely hotel in great location. Staff don’t have a clue or don’t care. Clearly no training. This was opened weeks to early. It has potential but will take some work. Food is bland and repetitive, housekeeping (when they bother) are a joke. Mario was the only member of staff bothered and I though he was a management trainee but he was the bell boy. It was like staying at Faulty Towers.
