We are currently on our last night of what has been an amazing week. We have stayed here as 2 families with 5 children ranging from 2yrs - 12yrs. The hotel is one of the best I've stayed in. We are staying in a family room which is spacious and comfortably fits 3 children. The room has been cleaned every single day with a change of towels and bedding. The staff from the chefs, waiters, receptionists, cleaners and entertainment team have been phenomenal. The food is amazing, cooked fresh infront of you. I have a picky eater and he has absolutely loved the food and has never gone hungry. The desserts are beautiful. Our favourite has to be the Sunday roast, choice of meats, veg cooked to perfection and Yorkshire puddings. Definite treat for the British 👏 The entertainment team...wow! They work so so hard from morning until late at night. They don't stop around the pool in the day, providing activities for all ages including the adults. They are all amazing with the kids and put on some great evening shows. The hotel is spotless, the cleaners are always around, even sweeping the restaurant during meal times. The views are absolutely stunning, such a special place. What a week, it's definitely not long enough at this hotel. We don't want to leave. All the staff deserve every good review they can get..well done all. We will 100% be back

We stayed the first week of the summer holidays, family of 2 adults, 2 kids (8 and 10) and 3 older teenagers. Positives: The hotel is beautiful, immaculately clean and aesthetically pleasing. Would definitely recommend a top floor family suite with sea view, as they are same level as pools, restaurant and bars, so we could easily nip back to the room through the day for toilet, change of clothes, toys ipads for kids etc, i would have hated to be queueing for lifts like others. Found it strange that our wristbands didn't open our rooms or activate drinks machines like most peoples seemed to, we had to use our cards but no big deal. Pool area is lovely, but gets very, very, busy and chaotic, pool is rammed full from 12ish until 5, its definitely a family orientated hotel so if that's what you are after its great, and was for us, but would not recommend for older kids or couples. We always found a sunbed but have to admit we did get up at 8 to reserve our sunbeds as everyone else seemed to, but the infinity pool was always quieter and sunbeds available. None stop activities from animation team and they work incredibly hard, day and night. Water slides are great too. Regarding the slippy floors we only saw one person fall the whole week, and he did pass out with a knock to the head, but the lifeguards were great and he was up and walking around within 15 mins. Be cautious and walk slowly, advise crocs for kids. The views are unbelievable, so beautiful, but for me the area wasn't the best. The Europa Centre up the hill is a bit of a dive, just full of English bars. We walked down to Amadores Beach one morning which was lovely, but the walk back up is an absolute killer in the heat, i would get a taxi if i did it again. It didn't bother me too much, as the kids never wanted to leave the hotel anyway, and we were there for them, but if you wanted to do a bit of sightseeing you would need taxis or hire a car. Food - We were really impressed with the food selection, great quality and selection, meat and fish cooked freshly in front of you every night. Food available pretty much all day, the pool snack bar was great (amazing fresh pizzas) and i liked that you couldn't take food to your sun lounger as this just causes mess. However, the restaurant for evening meal is absolute CHAOS! I know its a family hotel and its to be expected, but all you can hear is kids screaming, cutlery dropping on the floor, things smashing, and there seemed to be food spilt all over the place, felt so sorry for the staff. You have to time it right, either go at 6:30 or later on at 8:30, if you go between 7-8 it is mayhem, and you will struggle to get a table. Kids as young as 3/4/5 trying to help themselves to food and making a mess, they need to be supervised (but thats the parents fault not the hotel). I think the restaurant area needs to be expanded or they need to introduce different sittings to combat this. But that's the only real negative i can find. Definitely recommend this hotel for families, one of the better all inclusive we have stayed in.

Amazing place all round . Can’t honestly think of a bad thing to say about it . The entertainment team topped it off ( Salvador, David , Jesus ) absolute legends.
