Servatur Puerto Azul

Arrived late and were given some food on arrival which was appreciated. Very nice hotel with a few issues. Reception staff not particularly helpful and were quite unfriendly. Made no effort to help or engage with customers and were quite rude. Very slippy around the pool which was a bit of a hazard. Restaurant was a nightmare most days, too busy and loud and a pain trying to get a table. Not enough fresh food, especially fruit as it seemed as if it was out of tins. Didn’t seem to be enough staff around as the area around the snack bar was always dirty and needed regular cleaning. We had an issue with a phone being stolen out of one of our bags near the pool area. Reported to the reception who were not interested. Funny enough, security were employed around the hotel after this. Feels like we weren’t the only ones with issues!! We had a junior suite which was lovely, very clean, great size, lovely balcony area and fantastic views. Liked the idea of the all inclusive bands doubling up as your room key

Stayed here end of March for 1 night only. Checked in by Jadranka who was very informative, welcoming and friendly. Upgraded to a beautiful suite with amazing views. Very clean, comfortable beds, small kitchen area with fridge and microwave. Separate bedroom, modern bathroom. Balcony was lovely, table and chairs, sunbeds for 2, an amazing view of Puerto Rico Beach and the surrounding area. Breakfast was good with plenty of choices. Pool areas are clean, and adults only area very quiet and relaxing. Ice cream parlour in hotel and also a spar nearby. Loved this hotel and was sorry we were only staying for 1 night. Would definetly stay here again.

Excellent hotel and lots of different choices of food. TV and Internet excellent channels for chilling times, pool areas plentyful, and verh clean, lots of sunbeds to relax, adult area at the top. Sea views from every angle. It is the best hotel I have ever stayed at, cleanliness next to godly Ness.
