HD Parque Cristobal

Great two week stay. We did self catering and then upgraded to all inclusive the last few days of the holiday. The mini supermarket is located at the gated back entrance to the hotel and has lots of cereal, fresh bread, milk, snack etc. The rooms have fridges and a small freezer to store some ice. We also used the self service washing machines which were €4 and on site so very handy too. The children’s entertainment team were great, very personable and passionate. The children’s disco is on each night at 8.15 and thereafter there is different entertainment each night. A special shout out to Monica from the kids entertainment team and also to Omar. The pool disco was always so well done. Thanks for a great holiday!

We stayed here for two weeks in June — two adults and two children (ages 10 and 7). We had an absolutely fantastic time at HD Cristóbal. It’s a wonderful atmosphere for families with children. Peaceful, but still plenty to do for both kids and adults. The pools were perfect to swim in, with just the right temperature. No stress over sunbeds — there were plenty available, so you could find good spots even if you didn’t get up at 6 in the morning to reserve them. The food was okay — perhaps a bit bland for our taste, but there was a wide variety to choose from, and you could season it yourself. The absolute highlight was the entertainment team. What a group! Energetic and lovely people who put on amazing shows in the evenings. During the day, there were different activities for both adults and children. One person who really stood out was the incredible Omar. Our kids absolutely adored Omar and looked for him every day. He truly won our son's heart. He led the activities with so much energy and love, and it was obvious that he loves his job. As parents, it was wonderful to see. He kept a close eye on all the children, remembered all their names, and made each one feel seen. He turned our experience from a 7 to a solid 10 out of 10. We can truly recommend a holiday here — we’re already longing to go back!

I really love this hotel, it is clean and the staff is warm, helpful and always smiling. 😊 I love the intensity of Carmina and Eric in the entertainer group. 🤩 I would like that Ving had informed us that all inclusive is from 11.00-23.00. Because we did not get that information.

We’ve spent 10 nights here and overall it’s a great hotel. Staff are great, pools are clean rooms are clean. They keep the hotel in very good condition. The only thing that let it down for me was the amount of ants/bugs crawling all over the work surfaces , cutlery draws , cupboards on plates etc.

Best bar man in Gran Canaria with the best moustache on the island. Very friendly and welcoming, completely made my holiday feel relaxing
