Świetny hotel, smaczne jedzenie . Bardzo miła obsługa, zwłaszcza Pan Melo. Cała rodzina zadowolona . Dzieci szczęśliwe, aquapark bardzo duży. Pogoda splatała figla, ale jest co robić w środku. Sala zabaw dla dzieci, pokój gier i zabaw. Polecamy z całego serca!!!!

Byłem w Turcji wiele razy, sieć Voyage, Rixos, Liberty, Regnum. Także w hotelu sieci Barut w Fetyie, wiem jak powinno być w dobrym hotelu. Tutaj to hotel moloch, raczej dla głośnych rodzin. Nie czujesz się tu jak szczególny gość - tylko jak składnik przemysłu hotelarskiego. Jedzenie w ilości przemysłowej - słabe, serwis słaby.vPlaża słaba, wszędzie mnóstwo ludzi. Jak szukasz czegoś premium, to nie ten adres. Po prostu przemysł turystyczny.

We just got back from our vacation in ANDA Barut and I must say it didn't meet our expectations. I will start with the positives: - a brand new hotel, very beautifully designed rooms, lobby, etc. - we had a swim up room which we really enjoyed - evening entertainment was varied - The guest relations team was very helpful, wish I didn't have to contact them so often. Negatives: - they advertise an Adults only zone, which is supposed to have 2-3 buildings of rooms and its own pool. In reality there is no sign anywhere that this is an Adult only zone and no one cares if families with children come there. The hotel even accommodates families with small children in the Adults only blocks. When we raised this to reception, we were told - the hotel is full, we can't control where people go....I told them, I don't expect them to but it is very easy for the staff on the Adults only zone to monitor this. - the food in the a la carte restaurants was very bad. I can't believe the most delicious food we had was at the buffet restaurant. In the rest of the restaurants there is very limited choice and food is either tasteless or too spicy... - The staff is not well trained - they are always in a hurry which I understand with the amount of tourists but it is hard to communicate with them ( exception is the staff at The Mansion restaurant, they were great 🙂). My husband had his birthday and we booked the Kara restaurant for the occasion but because the owner of the hotel was there, we got zero attention. The food was also very disappointing. - Cibes restaurant is the worst - in the menu there are 3 types of burgers but no matter which one you order you are only going to get the buns and the meat, nothing else. The other food was also not delicious, I saw people return full plates. - The pastry shop is also not up to the standards of such a hotel - all sweets taste the same and not particularly delicious. Staff didn't know what some of the sweets are. - Most of the alcohol is not original, we would feel very bad from just one vodka/ whiskey and they didn't taste right. - it is almost impossible to book the a la carte restaurants via the app but its not worth it anyway. All in all, we were curious to try the hotel but definitely not coming back.
