We have had a lovely week in hotel it’s very hard to find any faults, our assistants Olha and Ashraf were superb keeping us well informed about everything in hotel they were in contact regularly to ensure we had everything we needed an asset to the hotel, the a la cartes we tried steak Italian and Asian all lovely no complaints whatsoever, the Irish bar is a amazing all branded drinks and free flowing, we will definitely return and look forward to our next visit ☺️

It is really difficult to pick out just one or two things to recommend, everything during my stay was exceptional. The food, accommodation, facilities and the staff were, fantastic, extremely attentive at all times. I truly don’t have a single negative complaint about my stay there.

It’s a brilliant hotel. The place is looked after so well and the staff even the waiters and lifeguards at the slides were so friendly. The rooms were a good size they were very nice.The pools are very nice and they have football, basketball, tennis and volleyball courts. When we were visiting the football pitch was closed for our entire stay, which we were disappointed about. The restaurants were lovely and so was the buffet. I loved the chocolate shop and the games was good because everything was free and you could play bowling although you couldn’t put the bumpers up. The kids club was good but the teens club was a bit empty. Only TVs in it. I was expecting a bit more. The location of this hotel was beautiful. You could see mountains from the pier and you could jump off the pier too. The sea was lovely. There was a super golf course there too. It’s just a brilliant hotel we had a lovely holiday. Go book it now!
