Właśnie kończę tygodniowy pobyt w tym hotelu . Jestem pod ogromnym wrażeniem jak piękny hotel to jest ( a nie jedne zagraniczne wakacje za mną ) przede wszystkim ogromne podziękowania należą się panu z recepcji EZZET !!!, od pierwszego dnia pobytu dbał aby wszystko było jak nalezy, pokój który otrzymałam był cudowny , widok bezpośrednio na morze i baseny , Okna dźwiękoszczelne (. Nawet jak na dole jest muzyka nic nie słuchać ) ba przywitanie kwiatki na łóżku , czyściutki codziennie pani dbała o porządek ! , w restauracji jedzenie bardzo smaczne , woda na plazy przezroczysta, mięciutki piaseczek , jeśli chodzi obsluge baru tu kolejne podziękowania dla pana Karim z beach baru, zanim się pomyśli drink lub napój czeka już na stoliku . Hotel w pełni zasługuje na swoje 5*

am writing to formally express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding my current stay at your hotel, where I have made a reservation for 14 days. I had booked and fully paid in advance for a room for three people with a sea view and a balcony, as clearly stated in my reservation. However, upon arrival, I was given a room without a sea view. I immediately asked the receptionist, Ms. Seneb, why I was not given the room I had paid for. Unfortunately, her response was very unprofessional and dismissive. She told me there were no other rooms available and that she couldn’t do anything about it. She did not speak to me with respect or try to help find a solution. This is unacceptable. I paid extra money for a sea view and a balcony, and I did not receive what I booked. On top of that, the toilet in the room has a strong, unpleasant smell, which was there from the moment I entered. I even asked the housekeeping staff for help, and they told me they couldn’t do anything about it either. I have been here for seven days now, and I have been asking every day at the reception to speak with the hotel manager. Every time, I am told something different — either that the manager is not in the hotel or that he will come later. But I know he is in the office, and still, no one allows me to speak with him. I was promised that someone would help me or find another room, but no one ever followed up. Furthermore, I booked a room for three people, but I only received one double bed and a sofa. I have to share the bed with my younger daughter, and my older daughter sleeps on the sofa, which is very uncomfortable. She now has back pain every day and does not want to sleep on it anymore. This is not a proper arrangement for three guests, especially considering how much I paid. At this point, I feel completely ignored and disrespected. I am very upset because this was supposed to be a relaxing holiday for my family, but instead, I feel stressed, disappointed, and mistreated. I paid a significant amount of money and have not received the quality or service that was promised. I still have seven days left here, but honestly, I feel like leaving earlier because I no longer enjoy my stay. This experience has ruined my holiday. I feel like I’m being treated as if I am staying here for free — which is absolutely not the case. I request an immediate response and a solution to this situation. I expect either the proper room I paid for or appropriate compensation for this inconvenience

Family of 10 with 5 different rooms :) This hotel go above and beyond to ensure your stay is amazing. The staff are kind , always smiling & will do anything to ensure you are happy with your stay. Karim and the beach staff sort you out everyday. Your cup is never empty with these lads. The hotel is clean, calm & relaxing. Not really some where to go if you are looking for a “ mad holiday “ to let off some steam. The pool area which there are 3 of & sun deck area are vast. The only let down is the lack of sun loungers, there is more than enough space for more loungers to be laid down & people would still have enough privacy. Rooms are clean cosy & the air conditioning is very good. Some areas of the room are a little tired, cracks in the wood in corners & one or two cracks in tiles but nothing major that would effect your stay. The wee maids come in every day as well , some recent reviews say otherwise which is not true ! Evening entertainment in this hotel could be so much better! You have the massive sun lounger area that doesn’t get used for entertainment even till 9 or 10 pm at night. The hotel guests have use of the sister hotel next door Bell azur , however it is not the greatest. There was synchronised swimmers doing a show one evening , that was entertaining. The main thing about this hotel is that the staff 110% make it. Always smiling, always making sure you are happy & will run after you all day to ensure you are having a nice time. Just slip them a tip now and again for their hard work, it’s not a lot to ask for the service they provide. Restaurant area is beautiful, fresh pasta bar, salad bar, pizza bar, authentic dishes, western dishes & lots more. You will not be disappointed with the food ! They will make you anything if you ask. Pizza to yourself or pasta to yourself , fresh omelette.
