Właśnie kończę tygodniowy pobyt w tym hotelu . Jestem pod ogromnym wrażeniem jak piękny hotel to jest ( a nie jedne zagraniczne wakacje za mną ) przede wszystkim ogromne podziękowania należą się panu z recepcji EZZET !!!, od pierwszego dnia pobytu dbał aby wszystko było jak nalezy, pokój który otrzymałam był cudowny , widok bezpośrednio na morze i baseny , Okna dźwiękoszczelne (. Nawet jak na dole jest muzyka nic nie słuchać ) ba przywitanie kwiatki na łóżku , czyściutki codziennie pani dbała o porządek ! , w restauracji jedzenie bardzo smaczne , woda na plazy przezroczysta, mięciutki piaseczek , jeśli chodzi obsluge baru tu kolejne podziękowania dla pana Karim z beach baru, zanim się pomyśli drink lub napój czeka już na stoliku . Hotel w pełni zasługuje na swoje 5*

Stayed in the Royal azure for one week from 16th May, room was not ready so straight to lunch , luggage was looked after then straight up to room, cracking room with seaview, nice clean and fresh good vibes from start. Thought the staff were excellent , pools were great, plenty of sunbeds sitting anywhere was not a problem when we were there the food was plentiful, lots of choice ,no queuing just decide what you fancy and help yourself, lots of moans about the food not being piping hot ,probably true but we just put it in the microwave for a minute no big deal waiters couldn't do enough for you. The bars were fine , service good drinks were good measures, not a lot outside hotel but if your looking for chilling,sun good pools and service its a good place to be , great week for us ,great staff all round

This hotel is just ok. We paid around £1000 for flights and hotel (all inclusive). Bottom line - very underwhelming compared to my previous experiences at similar price points (albeit the comparison is to mexico and turkey) Things I liked: Inexpensive overall Nice staff Enjoyed the food Lovely beach Nice pools Clean Things I didn't like: We arrived at night after the restaurant had closed. They gave us a plate of cold food (salad, cured meats, a boiled egg). Underwhelming and not what we are used to at other all inclusives. No entertainment Lack of atmosphere at the hotel Lights would be switched off at around 11pm despite people being sat in the lobby. Running out of drinks Not having beach towels (even early in the day e.g. midday) Menus / brochures only being in French AC not being on half the year regardless of temperature Being charged extra for the gym (seriously?? I've never seen this before at a 5* all inclusive)

We arrive around 10pm, very friendly guy on reception checked us in and lead us to the restaurant, that was closed. We were provided with a plate of food and drinks. Nice touch. Porter took our cases to our room. We had booked a beach bungalow. It’s basically a lovely room, with a terrace and direct access onto the beach. Away from the main part of the hotel. So tranquil, beautiful views of the sea. Robes and slippers provided, tea and coffee facilities, small fridge with fresh water everyday. The beach is beautiful, great bar, look out for Kareem the bar man. So lovely and helpful. The beach is so relaxing. The restaurant is amazing, something for everyone! Oysters! Wow. Our waiter, Lefty, looked after us like Kings and Queens. I only have 1 fault with the place, no Prosecco! What’s that about lol. Pushed me out of my comfort zone, gin and mojitos are my new faves😍 Tunisia is a beautiful country with beautiful people. This hotel is amazing and we will be sad to leave ❤️ of the hotel. Huge, comfy bed and bath!

This is one of the best hotels we have stayed at. After an almost 4 hour flight delay, we arrived to be greeted by the hotel staff and quickly escorted to the lunch area, which closed in 30 minutes of our arrival - very thoughtful as they anticipated our fatigue and hunger after an almost 11 hour travel time from home to the hotel. The food throughout our stay was '5-star': sushi, oysters, vegetarians, meat-eaters or fish-lovers - all our catered for, as was our sweet-tooth - their desserts and patisserie area could respectfully rival any in France. Equally, the A La Carte Italian seafood restaurant experience was one of the many food highlights of our trip. Our room was spacious and peaceful, with air-con and a lovely balcony with an ocean view, that also overlooked the 3- pools, including an infinity pool. Our room was cleaned daily and the hotel was spotless and had a lovely, relaxing atmosphere. The restaurant staff were also kind and thoughtful. The indoor pool and Thalassa was used by us. The entertainment was low-key and 'chilled' (singers, musicians and dancers); however, the bonus of having access to the sister hotel, next door, meant that we could see 'shows' and access a disco and a range of day entertainment for adults and children for free. Absolute excellent value for money. Thank you Zainab, Chokra and the whole team.
