Buffet is really good, service is amazing, glenda buffet is amazing. Recommend 100% I really love the pool, the Beach is amazing, the room is really clean. The drink like the diaquirii, mojito are really good. The service is amazing. Peuple are really kind

I have been to this hotel twice now and I have to say it is one of the best resorts I’ve been to. We had amazing customer service. The staff went above and beyond to make sure that we had an amazing trip. I have made good friends at this resort and I can’t wait to go back to see everyone. There is something I want to mention that did not sit right with me. On my last day at the resort I wanted to say goodbye to the staff snd thank them for everything. Except Aaron (the new manager) ruined that for my friend and i. He is way too strict with his employees and always has an eye on them. My friends were scared to say goodbye because they were afraid they would loose their jobs.. these people work so hard and do not deserve this treatment. He also was very disrespectful towards my friend.. she had to use the bathroom for an emergency while she was playing ping pong and the closest bathroom was in the theater. Our friend showed her where they were but the manager came in and gave my friend a disgusting look and made a rude comment in Spanish. All day we were stressed with the behaviour he was showing.. I did not feel comfortable saying goodbye to my friend because I was scared they would get in trouble. This is unacceptable and something needs to be done. I felt uncomfortable knowing that we were getting watched all week. He was trying to make sure we were not disrupting the animation team but the thing is their job is to bring everyone together and make sure the tourists have a great time. When I came to the hotel in March everything was so different… the workers were happy and the atmosphere was filled with positivity. The second the new manager enters the room the energy changes. It breaks my heart to see this. Please get rid of this new manager so the resort can continue bringing happiness and positivity to all the tourists that come to the resort. I want to come back but if he stays I will not be returning.

This was my third time at this hotel, and I have to say it's like my second home. The people are incredible, the service impeccable, and a special mention to my friends on the entertainment team (Jonathan, Erick, Julia, Mélanie, Oded, etc.)! This time, the atmosphere was very different from my last two visits. My friend and I wanted to enjoy time with our friends on the entertainment team, but with the new manager (Aaron), the atmosphere was stressful and unpleasant from the minute he walked into a room. The way he treats his employees is unacceptable. He treats them as if they were slaves who couldn't possibly enjoy themselves with guests, when it's their job to make them feel good and happy. The way the manager looked at me made me feel like I was being watched and that I couldn't have fun with my friends who worked at the hotel. It hurt me a lot. I want to rediscover the family atmosphere that reigned in this hotel before the arrival of the new manager, Aaron. These people are amazing and don't deserve to be treated like this and work in such a stressful atmosphere that it makes both their employees and customers feel.
