Sol Caribe Beach

This stay was a very nice experience. All of the staff were kind, and they were very helpful in times of need! The restaurants were very good and my personal favorite was the Wok. It was an asian experience, and the food was good. The buffet was also good, but some of the food was not delightful, including the bacon and the donuts. The bacon was not cooked and slimy, and the donuts were decent but were either overcooked or not cooked at all. The rooms were nice, but when we arrived at the room, there were no sheets on the bed, and the air conditioning wasn't working. We had to call the front desk and they said that they would send the maid to come and fix it. If you come to this hotel or any hotel in cuba, make sure that you are careful with what you eat. Overall, I would recommend this hotel!

We arrived late at night after a long trip to the hotel. The reception at reception was quite good, as was the lobby bar. The dark-skinned guy was very attentive. We went to our room, and it was also fantastic. That night, we decided to go to the snack bar, where the two guys working that night treated us superbly. They told us their names were Luis and Ernesto. They were very cordial and even got us a bottle of water. The next day, we loved the Cuban entertainment. They're the best. As well as the salt and pepper restaurants. Greetings and thanks to Manuel. Overall, everything seemed super. The room and service are the best. The staff's customer service is also noteworthy, as is the cleanliness and organization of the entire resort. I recommend the hotel.

Hotel requires some maintenance to be done, I stayed with the family and both rooms had some issues were some were resolved but others no. Also during our stay the place was infested by mosquitoes especially during sunrise and sunset and the buffet had the same food every single day with not many choices of meat to eat. Also they kick you out of the pool and the pool bar at 6pm so they can put Clorox on the pool even though you still have a good 2 more hours of sun.

Went with my 19 year old son. Resorts aren't really my thing, but we had a great time. For us it was really just about walking around the resort and out on the beach, meeting people and attending some of the activities. For the price it was a very good value. The complex is a labyrinth of buildings . Sometimes hard to figure out how things are done and how they worked, but we managed. The service was good and people were friendly. Food so-so, but expectations were low.

I have been visiting this hotel for 3 years now. It's a great small clean hotel. Food is ok, staff is kind and quick to help. We absolutely love the reservations manager Yenisey Amador, she does not ever disappoint. She is very kind and friendly and will go out of her way to make sure you are happy. The rest of the staff is also great. We also love the kids club and enjoy spending our time drinking coffee while we watch others having a great time at the pool. The beach is a hop skip and a jump away. There's really not much to complain about. :)
