The Gran Meliá Villa Le Blanc in Menorca is absolutely incredible – a stunning, elegant hotel that radiates style and sophistication. From the moment you arrive, the personalised service makes you feel like the most important guest in the world. The entire team delivers exceptional hospitality, but I want to give a special mention to Carmen Ortiz, whose warmth and professionalism set a new standard. I travel to some of the best hotels in the world with work – Four Seasons, Ritz-Carlton – yet the service here was on another level. Every detail was flawless. If you’re looking for a truly world-class experience in Menorca, this is it.

We opted to upgrade to a suite with a living room so we’d have more space with our child. Online it read to have extra services included (personal butler etc). Unfortunately thoughout the whole stay we didn’t experience any of these services. Also around the pool we had to prompt water to be handed out, and service isn’t very attentive. The mix of restaurants are all quite the same and don’t really cater to anyone other people who only eat shellfish. Vegetarian options are very very limited. We booked a car from the hotel to the port and was charged 175 EUR each way and was told this was the only option to have a car seat. The hotel to airport cost was 135 EUR and when I researched and then went to book the same company ourselves it was just 85 EUR. It seems as if somewhere someone is making 40% for the convenience of booking for guests. (Although the concierge said they don’t take this cut…) The staff were all very friendly, and the hotel its self is absolutely beautiful but for 1.5K eur a night and a 5* hotel I’d expect more.

Great experience in a quiet location, with a beautiful beach and warm crystal sea. The hotel is modern, with good facilities and the staff is very supporting. The înșelând is beautiful, chic and green. We wil definitely come back. The Free of charge Audi Q8 for one day made our experience unforgettably.

Spectacular hotel! It made our vacation a five star experience. The staff is amazing, the location is prime - has the best beach in my opinion, the rooms are luxe, the AC works great, the food at breakfast was yummy and so much options. I can go on and on about how great this resort is. We originally booked in a different hotel and left within three hours to Gran Melia. Book it!
