*****DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!!!****** I made a reservation at this hotel in January 2025 to celebrate my daughter's 15th birthday. The website said it was a "new opening" and the hotel had been totally remodeled. The photos were great, and it was a Hyatt, what I thought was a trusted hotel chain. THEY CANCELLED MY RESERVATION ONE WEEK BEFORE WE WERE SCHEDULED TO CHECK IN!!! My reservation was for June 8th-17th and the emailed me May 30th (see email below). We had already spent thousands of dollars on lights from LAX to Spain and the worst was that this ruined my daughter's birthday trip. Luckily, I booked with my Capital One travel service and I was able to find a new hotel, but this is inexcusable. SHAME ON YOU HYATT!!!!
