Fabulous hotel with fantastic staff, only a 5 minute stroll to the beach. The pool area is large with several cabanas available. We also had a welcome bottle of wine brought to our room. There are 2, very near by, bus routes that will get you to Palma for 2€. There’s plenty of food & drink options nearby too.
Beautiful hotel and staff are so friendly and helpful particularly Leidy who was so sweet to my baby boy. Breakfast was lovely and plenty of choice. The hotel is so clean and tidy and very modern. And spa facilities are amazing especially for children. Would definitely recommend!
Loved this hotel! The staff in every department were so friendly. The rooms were spacious and had comfy beds. We loved the spa area. The breakfast was great too and well set up. Would definitely recommend and stay here again next time we visit Mallorca.

This is a really good hotel! First of all the staff is super professional and kind, smiling and friendly. Both the reception and restaurant staff is exeptional! The room is absolutely comfortable, spacious. Great bed, good equipment and most importantly not noisy. What I hate in hotels if the rooms are noisy, people shutting doors at night. Here I did not experienced this. I had really good sleeps at night. Breakfast great selection and very nice set-up. Good quality. The hotel has a very nice spa and two outside swimming pools. I visited for business but I will definitely come back for a holiday with my family.
I stayed there last summer for 5 days. Overall, it is not a 5 star hotel compared to other hotels in the area. For example Iberostar Llaut and Iberostar Playa de Palma. These have added higher quality and the price is about the same. For me, it is not a 5 star that it takes 15 minutes before you are offered coffee for breakfast and that the coffee is cold. In addition, it is not 5-star that all the sunbeds by the pool are worn. The staff also do not clean under these - found cigarette butts under the sunbeds as well as old cups etc. upstairs by the small pool. The hotel's rooms are nice - however, the bed is very hard and not a double bed, but two combined single beds. It is not 5-star, but closer to 4-star at an overpriced price. There is a lack of more skilled staff and service, especially in relation to cleaning and the breakfast. Will not come again.
