Hotelowi Mercure nie brakuje ani uroku, ani komfortu. Przestronne wnętrza i ciepłe kolory ścian w naturalnych kolorach ziemi tworzą przytulną atmosferę, która z pewnością przypadnie do gustu każdemu gościowi.

Our review from August 2025 for a 6 night stay. We stayed on the 6th floor in a privilege room and the room itself is lovely, great view looking over the pool area and a lovely balcony to sit on. Room is very well presented and has the usual extras like a safe, steamer for ironing, kettle and refreshments, fridge etc. have to say the bed is prob the comfiest bed ever slept on in a hotel and having blackout curtains and a ceiling fan means the room is lovely and cool after being in the sun all day. Totally understand some of the reviews about the layout being slightly quirky because the shower is huge and separate to the toilet, if you don’t get on with whoever you are staying with it might be a bit embarrassing listening to someone use the toilet as it’s just a glass frosted door but it didn’t bother us. The pool area is beautiful and really is a haven of calm and tranquility amongst the hustle and bustle of Benidorm. Contrary to other reviews you can’t reserve sunbeds and the staff are excellent in removing any belongings for those who try too and aren’t in the pool etc, we got sun loungers every day in peak season at different times with no trouble at all. We did see staff speaking to people who tried too as well and telling them it’s not allowed and having no mad rush at the start of each day trying to reserve is so nice and so much more civilised. The food and drinks on offer are very nice, great bar area around the pool and you can order drinks directly to your sunlounger using the QR code on the tables next to each pair. The breakfast buffet is lovely and SO much choice never running out of anything. We had a half board package which inc evening buffet too which starts from 19:00pm and each evening is themed. Again so much choice from salads through to hot food and desserts. Evening buffet drinks wise only includes free water but that’s ok. We would defo return having seen plenty of the other hotels on our stay we defo made the right choice, the Mercure Benidorm is defo highly recommended and really is a haven of calm and tranquility amongst the trees. For fareness only minor feedback for hotel itself is some cushions would be nice for the balcony areas cus they hurt your bum after a while and although didn’t bother us that much it seems that a lot of people around the pool area smoke so there tended to always be cigarette smoke lingering at times. Ideally would have preferred it if hotel made the around the pool area no smoking. Hope the review is helpful.

I stayed with my son for a quick break over the summer holidays. I felt the room wasn’t appropriate at all for me and my son, despite seeing on the booking it was a mother and son trip (he is almost 16) we had to share a bed and there is no privacy in the shower. Each time one of us wanted to shower the other one had to go on the balcony which isn’t ideal when trying to get ready each night. The room wasn’t great, a lot of maintenance issues. The door didn’t shut properly in the toilet, it scrapped along the floor. The glass to our shower was smashed. Wall paper peeling off, the hotel didn’t feel like it had been refurbished not long ago (just the rooms) The reason I didn’t completely write off the hotel is the staff are very good and the rest of the hotel has a lovely aesthetic. Breakfast was also good. A complaint a lot of people seemed to have was the subbed situation. Apparently you can reserve sunbeds but every day people were putting down towels then going to have breakfast. There isn’t nearly enough sunbeds by half around the pool and most are in the shade. I like to have full sun at all hours like a typical Brit and this wasn’t a possibility. We ended up going to the beach most days because there was nowhere to sit. You couldn’t even get up early which I normally do on holiday as the pool area is closed until 9am. Unfortunately I am not sure id return
