Hotelowi Mercure nie brakuje ani uroku, ani komfortu. Przestronne wnętrza i ciepłe kolory ścian w naturalnych kolorach ziemi tworzą przytulną atmosferę, która z pewnością przypadnie do gustu każdemu gościowi. Posiłki znakomite, bardzo różnorodne obiadokolacje, śniadania również urozmaicone, sporo lokalnych przysmaków. Hotel bardzo dobrze położony, niedaleko promenady bardzo blisko plaż, pokoje klimatyzowane, przestronne, słoneczne,czyściutko,cicho ( gdy nie ma angielskich młodych turystów) codzienne sprzątanie i wymiana ręczników, bardzo wygodne łóżka, pokoje z balkonami z widokiem na basen a dalszej perspektywie z wyższych pięter widok na morze Śródziemne. Recepcja komunikatywna ze zdolnością do słuchania i empatią ,która pozwala na stworzenie atmosfery zrozumienia. Cechy te wyróżniają Michaela, który był naszym dobrym duch podczas pobytu. Kilka dni tutaj pozwoliło nam naładować baterie do dalszego działania, lecz z pewnością tu wrócimy - natura i słońce są uzależniające. Polecam wszystkim, którzy chcą dobrego standardu, super obsługi.

This hotel has so much going for it but also has a lot to learn and improve. The location is great - close to shops , bars , restaurants and Poniente promenade. The staff are generally friendly and helpful (with one or two exceptions). The rooms are very modern and clean. The pool area is literally stunning it’s like being in spa retreat. However when large groups arrive (as they did ) it gets rowdy and noisy and there is only one small ish pool so no quiet area for those who prefer that. There is strict monitoring of sun beds that works well. (Never seen anything like this previously the guy who does the job works so hard and is a lovely man once you get to know him and will always help you locate a sunbed) The greatest failing of this hotel is breakfast. In all my travels across the globe I have never encountered such a poorly set out, badly organised breakfast. It’s complete chaos and leads to a very stressful unenjoyable experience. Food isn’t replenished quickly enough, tables aren’t cleared, the main coffee machine is hidden around a corner, things like cutlery , plates, etc are at times impossible to find. Lastly the guy on the omelette/pancake station is genuinely one of the rudest people I’ve ever had the misfortune to meet. He does not smile or communicate, just grunts, seems to begrudge what he’s doing and shoves your undercooked omelette at you. How this man has a job in hospitality is beyond me. Pool bar is also always understaffed leading to long, slow queues at all times. Cocktails are lovely and very well made. Lunchtime food is very nice and the circular bar area is stunning. So it’s a real mixed bag this one. Would I go again? Not sure -but if I did it would be for the stunning pool, which is unique and exceptional for this part of the world.

When we arrived the hotel looked beautiful and we were expecting an amazing stay…unfortunately by the time we left we were sadly disappointed. We have stayed in many hotels of this standard so had pretty realistic expectations but my overall view is one where the look of the hotel is more important than the customers experience. The great things… The bed was amazingly comfortable and the room was so quiet! The pool area is beautiful with private areas and a close by bar and outside toilets. The room was always cleaned. The not so great things… The room is just too small with not enough storage or hangers. The toilet is so noisy you can’t sleep through someone flushing it. The sunbed situation took over our holiday with one of us always having to be up early to try and get one and if you are lucky enough it will be in the shade until lunchtime as there are only about 15 in the sun…the most frustrating part is there are 10 daybeds that are rarely used and numerous coffee tables taking up about 2/3rds of the area again only used because there are no sunbeds! The app to order food and drinks often didn’t work so after a lengthy wait you would have to go and wait at the bar to be served. The breakfast buffet food offer was disappointing …we were questioned abruptly on the way in as though we weren’t customers of the hotel…no instruction given on how it worked or what was available so you wander round trying to find plates, cutlery, no glasses for water had to find someone who just grunted in response…all tables had dirty plates etc on them …very noisy & chaotic. The worst part was the customer interaction…whilst staying there for a week we felt very isolated only one member of staff spoke to us Miguel on reception he was friendly but he was the only one…we are super friendly people and have always made friends with staff in the hotels we have stayed in and we have stayed all over the world but not this one! The sunbed guy was the worst …after the first day of not understanding how the sunbed situation works (nothing is explained in this hotel you have to work everything out as you go along) we found some vacant beds to be abruptly stopped by the sunbed keeper who was very rude telling us in broken English No! We tried to understand but it seems he picks and chooses who he helps in the sunbed area! After a week of staying there it appears he prefers the older customers with having a real dislike for the younger guests ignoring them or you get told off if you break one of the unexplained rules! Not what you expect on holiday when you are doing nothing wrong we are a quiet easily pleased couple who don’t bother anyone! Overall it was a real shame as the location of the hotel and the beauty of it would have had us coming back year after year but we definitely wouldn’t consider staying here ever again due to mostly feeling unwelcome and a bit of a nuisance if you ask for simple things that should already be provided. I hope by writing this review that they may consider taking some of these issues seriously as after speaking to some other guests they sadly appear to be losing future customers because of it!

While we had some enjoyable moments at this hotel, the experience was ultimately disappointing. Having stayed in numerous 4 and 5-star hotels worldwide, I found the customer service lacking, and the breakfast was just average. On one occasion, a staff member was rude when asked to clean a table for our group. The bar's early closing at 11 PM left us with nothing to do, and on one night, we were denied a simple glass of wine, being told to order room service instead. The pool area, though clean and pleasant, was let down by a shortage of sunbeds, the repetitive music, and the fact that you have to pay for cabana beds. I would suggest they remove the cabana beds and add more sunbeds instead. Our room was nice and comfortable, we had the best sleep, and it got cleaned every day. I felt like our stay could’ve been better. There’s no warmth from the hotel staff except the pool guy who kindly checks on you if you’re waiting for sun beds. The pool bar's wait times were excessive, often exceeding 30 minutes for a cocktail, even when not busy. Fortunately, the indoor bar provided much quicker service. Lunch at the hotel was enjoyable. However, despite spending over 4k on our stay, including room, food, drinks, and massages, the overall experience fell short of expectations.
